The Poblado Marinero Hotel complex is located directly next to the beautiful Los Gigantes yacht marina, at the top of a steep slope above the water. The sea and the beach are within 15 m of the hotel, the centre of Los Gigantes is 300 m away and public transport connections are 400 m away from the hotel.

The apartment complex comprises a total of 91 apartments spread over 3 floors. In the entrance hall guests will find a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. In addition, the hotel contains a restaurant, a bar, a games room and a TV room. The hotel also offers guests public Internet access (charges apply), and a laundry service (charges apply).

The apartments are decorated in a contemporary style and fitted with a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a fridge, oven and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a living area, a room safe and either a balcony or a terrace.

The complex is located on a hill and guests with limited mobility may have trouble reaching it.
