This attractive holiday complex is quietly situated in the tourist centre of Puerto del Carmen about 500 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre with its many shopping and entertainment venues is just 500 m away and there is a bus stop situated directly in front of the complex (500 m).

The apartment complex was completely renovated in 2002. It comprises a main building and several 2-storey annexe buildings with a total of 37 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a garden and pool complex as well as a reception with hire safes and currency exchange desk. There is also an opportunity to hire bicycles.

The functional apartments come fitted with a spacious bathroom with a bath, a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, an oven, a tea/coffee maker, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

In the outdoor complex, guests may take advantage of the 2 freshwater swimming pools with children's pools, snack bar and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may play billiards/ snooker or take part in the seasonal entertainment programme available.

Breakfast is on offer every morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an la carte menu.

Guests must let the hotel know of their arrival time since the reception has restricted opening times. If the Reception is closed, clients muss collect the key at the Poolbar.
