The hotel must be under new management, this is the first time we have stayed there but it will not be the last. The room we were in could have done with redecorating but was very clean. The breakfast was very good, and you helped yourselves. There was a disco on in the bar but once you were in your room you heard not hing. The shopping centre was a 3 minute walk, very central. We also ate in the restraunt the first evening and the meals were beautiful.

The food on the Charioteer Brasserie was the best thing about the hotel, the food for the morning breakfast was the worst element. The room was clean but rather basic for a town centre hotel, also the room overlooked a large flat roof which contained several large heating/air conditioning ducts and these vents were heard clearly through the double glazing.
