We stayed for our 10th anniversary and purchased the romance package. We were disappointed to find that the hotel had not been updated at all since our previous stay during our honeymoon 10 years ago. The brass was dirty and dented and the carpeting was not clean. This is not a Hilton quality hotel. The room was small compared to other similar priced hotels. I am not sure that we will return for a future stay, even though this hotel holds sentimental value to us.

I enjoyed my stay but was over charged for food and the room never cooled of. The TV was always fuzzy and the sound was off!

The hotel was in the heart of downtown and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was also close to lots of different activities in the area.

The hotel wasn't able to activate our key cards so each time we wanted to get into our room, we had to wait for security to open the door (They didn't even check our ID's so we could have gotten into any hotel room.) The hotel's respone: ""it's not our fault the key cards aren't working"". Other issues: ice machine in the hall was about as loud as a dump truck, we asked for extra towels and they brought us 1 towel about an hour later, stains on the bedspread, restroom off the lobby was marginally clean.

The public areas ooze with western comfort; comfortable seating with complimentary lemonade or ice tea to cool one off. The guest rooms are large and upgraded with all the necessary amenities convenient access to the interstate.

Hotel is conveniently located in Colorado Springs with the staff having info on businesses close to area. Room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water. Bed was very comfortable.

This hotel met our expectations in every way. We especially liked the fact that we could walk to a variety of dining and shopping locations. The Downtown area was attractive and a nice area to walk after dinner or early evening.

Tale of two rooms: First night my wife and I had bed no bigger than a double, tiny bathroom, no room to walk. Second night: large room, king bed, view, etc.

Great views East and West. West views of Pikes Peak and front range. East of Colorado Springs, which was nice on the 4th of July. Updated bath with extra soft towels, comfy bed and bedding. Central downtown location. Friendly and helpful employees.

The hotel was great. Even though the pop I purchased was severely outdated, the front desk clerk was quick to get it replaced for me. (Having to pay for parking is not optimal when you are staying at a hotel. It should really be included with the room).

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view overlooking Downtown was beautiful. It was in Downtown but surprisingly it had easy access to everything. We had a great stay!

Overall, I believe that this is a very nice hotel. The location is ideal for Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and service was fine.

When checking in they told me they were out of non smoking rooms. I saw a room and it reeked of smoke. They then told me they could upgrade me at no extra cost. The room they gave me was smaller than the first rooms I looked at and had some smell to it of smoke the floors were dirty. Also, there was not a vending machine in the whole hotel that worked. I was disappointed.

The Antlers Hilton has a very traditional feel: really great service, less emphasis on modern travel support systems. The location and accommodations were excellent. However, even as a leisure traveler, I expected some onsite gym/spa facilities and a media center to check email, etc.
