It looks great on the outside, but the owner needs to spend more time updating the inside not the outside. It smelled soooo funny like a hospital and the stair cases were dirty. I actually had the urge to go back home the minute I got there.

This hotel was not what I expected. The pictures on their website make it look like a nice place, however, it is very outdated and unclean. I did not feel very safe at this hotel either. There were some shady individuals staying at this hotel. For the price and location a much better hotel could be found. I would have rather stayed at a motel because it would have been cheaper and provided the same poor experience.

Stained sheets,peeling wallpaper.ect.. Everything is worn out and needs replacing.

The motel was very rundown. Carpets were worn and towels were sparse. Old plumbing. We were give an inside room overlooking a conference center even though the hotel had many vacancies. I could not recommend.

This was a great location as far as being close to the the downtown area for Wisconson dells.

Antiqua Bay has a very unprofessional,unfriendly staff in all areas,The one pool was so dirty we could not even use it! we called the front desk several times to have someone clean it but no one ever came, there were no towels available for anyone at any of the pools,the rooms (I had 2)were dirty and so was most of the hotel, the entire staff were dressed very poorly and unprofessionally. We were very disappointed.

This hotel had great location in the Dells. Not really close enough to walk to any parks but only about a 3 min drive to anything. It looked like the hotel was going under some renovations but our room seemed dirty and out dated with a musty smell. There had been some water damage to the carpet and walls. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, however bathroom and shower were clean.

Complimentary breakfast was very good. Would not allow a slightly early check-in. Overall, nice.

This hotel was pretty good as far as it being clean and proper. I do not have any problems in that regard. My problem is with the manager there, he was very unhelpful and rude to my whole party.I like the hotel, but just be careful about the employees.
