This place is not worth your time! Three weeks before I was headed down to Antoch, I called the hotel and talked to an actual person. They took down my information, name, reserved my room with my credit card number and provided a confirmation number. When I get there however, they don't have my reservation and try to act like they were doing me a favor by finding me a room. Fortunately I brought my confirmation number. The women at the counter tried to blame the missing reservation on an online site error (“hotels.com”). She even explained how expensive the rates were now ($70/night), but, after some blustering and argument, since I had my information she'd give me my quoted price ($52/night). Then, according to the clerk, since my rate was so low, they were not going to clean my room while I was in it! They only cleaned the room before I went into it, and nothing after that! The bed was a lumpy spring-fest, the pillow were about 3”-4” thick and very overused; some lights didn’t work, the AC sounded like a dying clunking car, and there was a dead grasshopper in the room. I would not stay here again and DO NOT recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was great. I used the Whirlpool tub, it was great and they had a business center that I used in the lobby. Breakfast was great and had healthy choices. My room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the 32" T.V. The hotel to my understanding is up to it's star rating. I asked and the hotel is an independent hotel with Franchise choices. I will be staying at this hotel from now on instead of Nashville Downtown. The hotel had shuttle services that the guest pay for. So, I just used the shuttle service to hotel and back to airport next morning. Which costs me $20 round trip.

Great location. Eletronic doors did not work. Good location, but had problems with the doors.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. We could tell that it was still under remodeling work - the wood supports under the bed (visible between bedskirt & the floor) were just bare wood, no paint or staining on them; some loose/peeled drywall in bathroom, paint on the doorknobs. But overall it was clean, it was a convenient location for us (we were looking for places to live), the room was spacious, and the bed was big & fluffy!

The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to our event. The mattress on the sofa bed was awful. We had to go to the office for sheets and blankets. The room we stayed in had just had a door varnished so the door was still wet to touch and the odor was very strong. The fold-out sofa had dirty sheet and the mattress was not sleep able. I had to fold the bedspread from the big bed in quarters to sleep on so the springs wouldn't stick the people who were sleeping on the sofa-bed. I will never stay at this hotel again. I didn't expect much for the price but I did expect a decent bed to sleep on. No matter how cheap the hotel, I think all travelers have the right to expect clean sheets. Sleeping on someone's dirty sheets is just gross, not to mention all the health issues. Next time I will check on the managers of the hotel because it has been my family's experience that all hotels run by people from India have very low standards.

I started to cry when we pulled in. Walls are thin so you hear everything. You pull up to your door so any noise in the parking lot is heard. This hotel is located at an intersection that is very busy and there is a firehouse near by so we were woken up several times during the night by fire trucks and loud music that was being played in the vehicles at the stop light. The bathroom was very small and there were holes in the walls.

The motel was average. It was the lack of support at cheap tickets that I did not like. I had an appointment at exit 70. When I pulled up Google maps it said exit 200 something. I called cheap tickets and spoke to two people who could not do anything but act like robots and would not validate the exit number for the motel. I finally hung up and called the motel. It was exit 59. So much help from cheap tickets.

When we arrived we were disappointed with the location. It was a lot farther than we thought away from everything. Plus on the website it says shuttle service available and there was not, so we had to tax a bus to get there and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The next morning we made some breakfast and they would not even let us take our breakfast to our rooms, so we had to eat in the lobby which was very hot and unenjoyable. Our jetted tub was broke and did not work, our fan for the bathroom did not work so when we showered it got really hot so we had to leave the door open when we showered, the pop machine did not work. Plus the beds were so hard that my mom had to have extra blankets put under the sheet to try and soften it up a bit and the housekeeper everymorning when she would clean would take them out and we would have to do it all over again the next night. Housekeeping also through away our razor that was in the shower and we still needed it. The whole hotel stay was horrible and in my opinion it needs to be removed from the list. I will never stay there again or recommened it to anyone, ever.

This hotel is right off of I-24 & Bell Road. There are eateries within walking distance. A major mall is 3 blocks away. It is only 8 minutes away from downtown and I couldn't have found a better location.

Room felt dirty. It was dingy, power outlets weren't covered, and the tub has brown stains in it. The hotel was NOT a 3-star hotel at the least! I would not recommend anyone going to that hotel. The managerial staff was not cooperative with us at all.

The vista inn was a very cozy, and relaxing hotel. The reason being was, how helpful and outgoing the maid service was.It seemed like they were there just to serve me and my guests solely, because everytime they saw us they made sure we had evrything we needed. As far as location went,we were right in the middle of all the restaurants and grocery stores.Overall my expiernce at the vista inn was a great one!

The Vista Inn & Suites was a bit disappointing but suitable for a quick night stay while passing through town. The bed was showing its age with springs you could feel and the room itself was in need of a makeover. The shower/toilet were clean, however. The location is convenient off of the Interstate, though a bit noisy with traffic.

The Vista Inn and Suites was very family friendly. Checking in was very easy and pleasant, along with the location. A nice hotel, it is older and does need a little maintenance, but was clean. Our room was spacious, clean and was serviced everyday with cleaning and linens. They did offer a nice continental breakfast that we enjoyed. I would recommend it to family and friends.

My wife and I were looking for a place to just sleep (to hang out hat's) so we could go out sight seeing all of Nashville. The Vista Inn and Suites was just what we were looking for. Great value for our money and no unessacary extras. Just a nice room some TV. and a place to clean up each night. Our room was very clean and not one extra pet(bugs). When back in Nashville we will go back to the Vista Inn and Suites.
