Overlooking Chesapeake Bay and Annapolis Harbor, Marriott Annapolis Waterfront is adjacent to the yacht club, a block from the historic district, and approximately 25 miles southeast of Baltimore-Washington International Airport. This location is also two blocks from Saint John's College and the United States Naval Academy, four blocks from the Maryland State Capitol Building, a quarter-mile south of City Dock, and 30 miles from Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Hotel amenities include Pusser's Caribbean Grill, a casual caribbean seafood style restaurant located on the waterfront. The hotel also offers concierge assistance, an exercise room, and a full-service business center. Parking is available at $22 per night (valet service only).
