A lovely hotel in a great location for my trip. I didnt mind being on the 405. It was neat to see the traffic and know what I was getting into. The rooms were small but lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good size.

Parking attendants were real good. Maid service. Overall, hotel was OK, we had to ask for toilet paper, wash clothes, towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, to have the room made up. Associates are the front desk and the parking attendants were excellent

From the staff at the door and the desk to room cleanliness and service ...I was impressed with the high quality! I have stayed here before and plan to return. The hotel offers comfort as well as convenience. It has maintained its high standards for several years now. I appreciate the consistency. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Clean, nice safe location. They only had valet parking. Very clean, nice hotel. Front desk associates very nice, one of the valet guys was a jerk.

Upon arriving at the hotel; the staff was extremely friendly and offered me shuttle service (in a Cadillac Escalade) to get take out food after my long trip. The hotel lobby is very nice and includes a small store that sells snack, coffee, etc. This hotel is very modern and the room were clean; except for a slight odor. After telling the hotel attendant; they brought me some great smelling candles which made my room more pleasant smelling. The room comfortable; except the AC/heat unit which was kind of noisy. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Brentwood area which is really known for nice restaurants and shopping. The downside to staying here is the valet parking that you have to use.

OK but housekeeping was quite erratic. We upgraded to a preferred room at no additional cost. It was better than the first room.

Feeway noise. Very comfortable beds andll rooms, but did not seem crowded. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking $18, not too bad for the area. Relaxing, elegant restaurant. Go for happy hour.

Traveled to LA to visit daughter who recommended this Hotel. Its nearby the 405 and Sunset Blvd attractions. Hotel staff very responsive and valet parking worth the extra dollars. Would definitely consider staying there again and to other travelers interested in that area.

The bed and pillows were fantastic! Valet parking at $18 a day plus tip. Excellent accommodations, right across the street from Bel Air and two exits from Sunset Blvd. The pillows were amazing and the staff were friendly and courteous. The only downside was that you were required to park valet at $18.00 a day plus the attendants expected a tip each time.

"room was too dark, ran out of tissues & toilet paper. weren't advised that 15th floor meant hearing music at 1a.m. valet service took too long. bed was great! shower awkward to turn on without getting burned."

great staff - very helpfull and polite. everything was good quality; clean rooms, great bed, good location (but not perfect). Overall good experience. I would srecommend the hotel to someone else and would certainly come back. Parking is paid (18 dollars a day), and yes, you need a car at this location.

Nice amenities. Really upscale hip hotel. Location was kind of blah. Next to highway, but not much around here. Hotel is okay. Really nice amenities, but I didn't like the location that much. It was next to highway, which made it convenient to get to and from, but other than that I don't think its worth the premium for this. Usually you just sleep at a hotel and don't spend much time there. I know we just used it as a place to sleep.

Great beds....smaller room than I'm used to I guess... bar upstairs is pretty pricey... close to the freeway, about 10 minutes from beach...worked out great. Valet's hustled but got backed up around 5ish with check in. Check in took a bit. No self parking...ya need to pony up the money for valet. Hint..call valet from room before heading downstairs and it will be there...if they answer. Staff was nice though. Only two elevators...might have to wait a bit for one going up or down.

The view and the car service. The noise of the highway. Hotel Angeleno is a very high standard hotel. The rooms are clean and the service friendly and helpful. Just the noise of the highway is disturbing.

Excellent front desk staff and shuttle to Getty. Hairdryer cord too short to reach head!Ignored signal to leave towels for re-use. Would find someplace else next time

The beds and appointments were superior, however a valet parking feature was not readily apparent on booking. Some of the staff were abrupt. Our room was very noisy which can not be helped as the hotel is right on the freeway. The restaurant was excellent. We have had better experiences at other Joie de Vivre hotels!

Friendly staff. Freeway noise. Close to UCLA Medical Center. Very friendly and helpful staff--the best. Freeway noise is a bit bothersome. Small, but comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very accommodating.
