Overall my experience was satisfactory. I especially appreciated the excellent wifi connection. Location was within walking distance to the Colleseum and the main train station. My biggest complaint was that because there was no sign outside the building it took me about an hour to initially find Angela. No one I asked on the streets had heard of it. I later helped another traveler who walked away from the entrance thinking she was in the wrong place. I was also hoping for a better breakfast. The cafe played noisy loud music and served only a cappucino and pastry.

Not in the nicest area but nice people, clean simple accommodation for the price in Rome. Stayed there for two single nights, returning the second time as we were happy with it. Close to Termini.

A clean and basic hotel. The people who run the place are friendly. The Location is good only a 5 minute walk to termini train station and an 8 minute walk to the Colocessum.

Simple, nice and clean. Not expensive. Good deal. No staff. It is not a hotel but bed and breakfast. Many different apartments in a big apartment complex very close to the station, and so I didnt mind.. I loved that I could walk to the station. It is definitely not a hotel experience, and I wouldnt say it gives you a bed and breakfast experience. It is a hostel experience.

The price was great. Not somewhere I would stay with children, because of the location, but a great place for a quick stay. Metro stop is very close to get to all the tourist spots. You need to know some Italian to communicate. The B&B is not a great title. You go outside the building to a coffee bar to get your coffee and cornetto. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but know your Italian.

If you're on a budget, this place is ok. It's also walking distance to the train station which is why I chose this place in the first place. However...don't expect to have a peaceful night's rest. You can hear everything from your room; and when I was there, it was particularly noisy and messy! Not to mention, very dusty which didn't help with my allergies. No 24-hr english-speaking staff. But they do have free wi-fi which is pretty cool.

the brakfast is a small cup of cafe and a danish - that's it. the room was clean and comfortable but the manager (after we asked him to) didn't change the sheets or the towels and didn't clean the room for the entire week. the manager and the staff don't understand a word in english.

[...]this is an immigrant run youth hostel posing as a 3* hotel. It doesn't deserve any stars at all and they even tried to charge me double for having a guest stay with me (my girlfriend). Spend the extra money and stay in a real hotel with a bathroom in the room. I felt like I was staying in an office room with a bed in it. Absolutely awful. I'd rather have slept in the park.

Being a first time visitor to Rome I found it extremely difficult to locate the accommodation. It is in a commercial street behind old large doors that look nothing like what I am used to for an entry to accommodation. Some signage out the front & location map would be helpful. Otherwise, clean & facilities of a standard you would expect for a budget hotel.

This people are the best the hotel is just on one subway exit from ROMA termini, Great location great price, great the cornetto and Cappuccino included in the price at the near bar ... no bathroom in the room but spotless two bathroom to share with floor, well if you can leave with that this place is the best for place and price!!!!! A++++++++++

Not knowing Italian or Mandarin, the language barrier was a bit of a problem but things were clear enough using maps and hand signals. The neighbourhood is not that pleasant but is right above the metro, one station from the main terminal in Rome. Eating in the area and night life was not so good. The furnishings are very clean, nice and new. Also has good WiFi support if internet is required. For the price the accomodation is very reasonable and pleasant, but I'd think again if you want a grand breakfast or 24/7 support!

Staff was friendly and helpful, even got what i needed for my room to make it more comfortable and enjoyable. I can certainly say though the its a smaller place, it was quite, clean and you could not ask for a friendlier staff in helping you find your way around Rome. I will definently be staying there again.

The staff were friendly but didn't speak English. Location wasn't great, I was a bit unsure about walking back late at night (quiet streets with poor lighting). There are good transport links 10 minutes walk from Termini (main train station in Rome) and right next to a metro station. The room was basic, clean and sapcious with good security. I would go again but I might consider somewhere a bit closer to Termini next time.

Excellent location for the price, staff eager to help. The only problem is that We supposed to have our own bathroom, but it was a shared bathroom (it was not a big deal after all because the hotel is small and not very crowed). No breakfast is included, only a voucher to get a coffee or something small from a close cafe

If you are looking for somewhere clean & reasonably priced to stay in Rome this is it. Area didn't look so great, but is typical of streets around here & was quite safe for 2 girls on their own when returning after dark. Accommodation was basic (as shown in website photos) but comfortable & suited our needs, as we were out sightseeing all day - very convenient for open top tour & sights. Owner was nice & helpful, but didn't speak English, however we managed to communicate OK. No noise from the street in the rooms. They don't serve food on the premises but have an arrangement with a nearby cafe (Bar Gima) where the staff were the most pleasant we came across in Rome!! Great aircon in room, no TV (were too tired to watch anyway after days out), comfortable firm mattress, huge bed, were happy with our choice. Don't take the Terravision bus from the airport unless you want to wait 1 - 1 1/2 hours for a coach each way (very unreliable!!).

Angela BB is right on the Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele, within 50 metres from metro station. It is very close to the main railway station - Roma Termini. The cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore is within 5 minutes of walking. The hotel is of a hostel type really, but we had a room for two of us with all facilites in there. They do not provide breakfast, but rather give vouchers for a neighboring cafe where you can have a cup of coffee and croissant. Stuff did not speak much English, but we managed to communicate and they were friendly. It was clean and orderly (not noisy).

While we had language issues (i.e. I spoke no Italian, they spoke no English) the staff were generally helpful although the girl playing loud music in reception right outside my room at night wasn't ideal. The shared bathroom that you used if you were in a single room was not very clean and there was no toilet paper for a whole day. Once my friends arrived and we moved into the triple room with private bathroom my experience was much better!

The location of the hostel is in a very dodgy area near the train station, we felt a little unsafe walking around the area at night. Not recommended for females travelling alone. Hotel operators friendly but can only speak Italian or Chinese.

The room was clean, but the shared bathroom could have been cleaner. The hostel itself was in an ok building, but the neighbourhood was not great. I would stay on the other side of the termini.
