Location is good, 10-15 minutes walking from the train station and 10 minutes to DUOMO and the Central Market. It's not on a busy street so it's quiet enough to have a good sleep. The owner was very helpful with giving us maps and general guidance on touring Florence. He even gave us a takeaway breakfast when we had to go out early before breakfast started(830am to 1030am). This gesture was very nice. Free internet and the speed was very fast. The rooms and shared bathrooms are VERY clean. I never felt so comfortable using shared bathrooms before. No lifts, but you can ask for help with the luggages. There are kitchen facilities and microwaves if you are interested to cook your own dinner. No a/c but Florence on an August night was ok for us.

Excelent for students, young people. Not convinent for families with children, becouse bathroom is shared with 3 other rooms that were constantly full with guests. We had patientce and hosts were highly profesional, but somethimes young children could not waith. During the night it was a bit noisy but it is normal for the city center. I have to say that our hosts were excelent and they made our staing better.

We only spent one night there, but we loved it more than any other place we stayed at in Italy. They were the only bed and breakfast to actually give us a real breakfast, and there was free internet! Very welcoming and accommodating, and we definitely recommend it.

Mr Andy Florence is a very friendly and warm person. Although my train was delayed, it was not a problem to arrive late. The rooms are nice and the location is near the train station and the city centre. So you can go on foot to explore the beautiful historic centre. There is also a possibility to use the kitchen. I highly recommend this B&B.

We got the en-suite double bedroom. It was very large with a great view over a quiet garden. It allso had a very large bathroom with a shower. There was also a small kitchen and large dining area and a free computer and internet to use. You are given a key and free run of the premises including the kitchen and coffee plus snack food was freely available. It is also near a market and the staff left chocolates and a small bottle of wine for us, which was much appreciated. The hotel is around a 15min walk to the river and an easy walk to the train station. There was a bit of an issue when we arrived as we arrived early so nobody was present. This was quickly rectified by a phone call. This was great value for the price and i would strongly recomend it.
