Athough at first sight it looks to be at a distance from the city centre, the hotel is very close to the metro and tram stops. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Andel's by far exceeded our expectations. Had a lovely mini suite, huge bathroom, little kitchen and lounge. Very international. Staff English good. Breakfast was outstanding. Convenient location, outstanding value! LOVE this place!

Though booked into Andells, as they were very busy we were put into the their sister hotel Angelo round the corner. Friends were staying at Andells so got to see both hotels. Would happily stay at either again. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast with good choice. Good location as both hotels are just a few minutes from the tram and underground, and only a couple of stops from the centre of Prague. Or you could walk down to the river and stroll in in about 20mins. Nice little funky bar round the corner too thats worth checking out.

Nice modern hotel. Not in the centre but in a nice area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Shopping mall is just a stones throw away. Andel metro and trams also very close by which take you to the centre in around 15 mins. Airport is also easily reached by public transport for a bargain price of just 1 Eur! Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Overall a really great hotel for the price.

The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to the subway and only 3 stops to the main area. The room was beautiful, modern and a great price.

Great hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very cool euro style...for example a thick frosted glass door for the bathroom. Ulra modern bright lobby. Breakfast was buffet style and terrific with a huge selection of outstanding food. The people at the front desk were nice and spoke English well. The only complaint I had is that it was too hot in the room and the AC was pretty useless. The location was good, lots of public transportation outside. Watch out for the bums congregating on the sidewalks in front of the hotel at night when you return.

The hotel is modern & friendly, situated only 15 - 20mins walk from Prague centre. There are trams/buses/metro station very nearby also. Rooms are very clean, with large modern bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent with something to suit everyone.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is a bit out of the city but a very easy walk into "old town", etc. It was quite nice to be in a less touristy area. There is a Tesco and shopping mall a block away, which was convienent. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel (included). The rooms were spacious and very well equiped.

Excellent appartment and facilities but they overcharge you for using the Hotel taxi's or if they call you a taxi. My fare to Chodov was double what I paid the previous week from a Hotel farther away.

Staff not very friendly and not very helpful, when asking questions at the front desk they acted like they didn't want to be bothered- terrible! Carpet and walls in and out of the rooms need to be cleaned. Breakfast was tasty.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The rooms very modern and well set out. We booked a suite for our stay and the extra room and plasma screen TV were great. A 20 minute walk to the main tourist hub via the river, its a suberb location to stay and discover Prague. You can walk everywhere easily. There are some good local restaurants if you don't want to venture far at night. The hotel food was nice but expensive. And do not buy the hotel water as it is £6 a litre! There is a Tesco just across the way and everything you need you can get there. Its about £16 for a cab from the airport but we arrived late and it was ideal just to get to the hotel. Really recommend this hotel and Prague. We had a great stay!

no welcome drinks or free water in room for 1st day, entitled to one dvd per day free, hotel had no record and would not honour venere's promise. staff were helpful but not overly so, happy to argue over an 8 euro a day dvd charge even though we were in an executive studio room. overall stay was good, hotel has a great location, outside of center but convenient to public transport but don't expect anything exceptional. spa adequate but nothing special.
