The two good things were that it was really within walking distance to Disneyland and it had a nice pool. The bad things were that the rooms were not that clean. I would not walk barefooted there. The bathrooms were "yucky" and the crib they gave us for our 7 month old daughter looked like a tiny baby prison. It was weird. I don't think I would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the room size..very large and the air conditioner worked very well...the staff was great..very friendly...the location is 1 block from the park not bad at all!! the hotel is a litte old but really not bad over all...if you are on a budget and want a nice safe place with lots of room...This is your hotel!

This hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. It is in a great location to walk to the park. The place is a little run down but they are improving it. The remodeled rooms look good. Overall excellent place to stay. Cheap cheap cheap!

it was right where we wanted to stay. a short walk to disneyland and you could watch the fireworks from the pool everynight. The staff were very helpful. It was also on all the public transport routes.

We went to Disneyland with several family members - a total of six people. I chose to stay in a "suite" which is nothing more than two connecting rooms. The minute we walked into the room they smelled moldy and musky we had to crank the air conditioner and open up both windows to get some fresh air inside, it took about an hour to clear the smell out of both rooms. This hotel is marketed as being the hotel closest to the entrance to Disneyland, that's true if you plan on driving into the parking lot of Disneyland, not true if you plan on walking. I'd say that the Best Western Park Place wins the award for the hotel across the street from the main entrance. They have full washers and dryers, costing 2 to use for each, so bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener. The "business center" is nothing more than two tables with two computers, a printer and a fax machine - and the services are way too over priced. I was online for 2 minutes and was charged 4.95. ALSO!! Very important, when I checked in, the cost of the room went up 10 more a night then what I reserved it at so bring a copy of your reservation confirmation - I had mine with me and the guy who checked me in honored the original price per night that I had confirmed it at. The hotel was just okay, I would probably choose not to stay there again in the future.

Building 2 is older and feels a bit shady. While the bed and furniture were first rate and comfortable, the OLD 3-piece sliding glass patio door had a dubious lock and the carpet was filthy and sticky. ONE barefoot walk, to the bathroom and back, soiled our feet. Gross! They DID offer to move us to another room but we didn't want to take the gamble and instead checked-out two days early. The manager agreed to notify Orbitz to refund our unused nights.

Very close to Disneyland, and was a clean and pleasant room to come back to after a full day's activity.

My family and I loved the stay at this hotel. Its very close to Disneyland, and thats why we chose this location. Its an older hotel, but its clean and everything in the room worked fine. We got up in the morning and ate breakfast at the hotel grill, it was priced well and my entire family filled up on the buffett. When we got back to the room, houskeeping already had cleaned our rooms! We were nicely suprised!

The trip was for two days at Disneyland and this hotel provides the perfect rest spot for such a trip. Staff was friendly and I was allowed a very early check in and late check out which was much appreciated. Breakfast was great as well!

Location and Pool was great. Pool did run out of towels both day we were at the pool.My complaint was that the room smelled horrible! I was expecting an old hotel and that would have been fine. But it smelled horrible like mildew and mold. We tried to air it out and we used 3/4 of a bottle of fabreez but the smell would not go away. I thought it was just our room but I went to a buddies room that was staying there and his room stunk also.I can stay in some cheap and old hotels with no problem as long as they are clean and don't stink. I will not stay here again.

The location was great, the staff was super friendly but the hotel is old and run down. It was okay for us because we just slept there. The in room fridge was very noisy and kept us up at night.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for Disneyland and for VIP tours. Our room was not serviced until we specifically requested it.

Let's face it for the price it is a good deal. I stayed there with my wife and 3 kids the room was small for all of us but it was convenient being right across the street from disneyland. It is not the closest hotel but close enough to walk over and you will be walking a lot anyway so a short 8 minute walk is no big deal. If you are looking for a plush hotel with all the convenience of home than do not stay here. We knew all along that it is mainly for sleeping because we would be out and about most of the time. Although I do believe that being in a more comfortable place with your family is less tension if you know what I mean. If you are on a budget, go for it because the price is right. If you are a critic and need to find everything that's wrong then stay at Sheraton, Marriott, or the Hilton because it's people like you that give false reviews.

Great location!! It was about a five min. walk to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No internet, bad. Coin laundry, good. One of the receptionist staff (Eddie) was very helpful, the other guy was rude. Transport not so accessible (taxis, ART,). Only there for one night. 3-5 blocks away from Disneyland, instead of just next, which may not be much, but a lot of difference when you're very tired. Overall: Average.

While this is a holder hotel and the decor is out of date, everything else about the hotel was great! The rooms were spotless. The grounds well maintained. And the thing that made it great was the staff. They were outstanding in every way. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will stay there again and will recommend the hotel to friends and family without hesitation.
