| Not bad for an older hotel. The "luggage storage" facilities are simply stashing the suitcases behind the front desk - hopefully it is always manned. Corridors are narrow and if you walk the wrong way around to get to your room, you have to go back and walk around the other way - hard to manouever 2 suitcases singlehandedly - no offer of porterage. Lifts are really slow. Bed is very hard and pillows are small. But Amora keeps it clean and staff are nice enough. Bit far from the action of Bridge Rd but close to tram stop. |

| Pretty happy with our stay here. The only thing I can think of was that when they cleaned the hotel before we got there, they didn't replace the shower caps & stuff like that. They still had the previous peoples boxes there, but nothing in them. I couldn't have shower without getting my hair wet. Great room though. Would definatley stay there again. They were nice and clean! (except we were in a riverview suite and there was no view of the river). Breakfast was average, but you can't really expect too much when its a buffet breakfast. |

| Very clean and well presented hotel. Relaxing lounge and bar area, comfortable beds but no gym facilities. Breakfast was hot fresh and tasty. Well worth it. |

| We stayed on a special weekend package that included breakfast, parking & gift pack and it represented very good value. The hotel is located right at a tram stop so access to the city was great. However we stayed in a room with disabled bathroom facilities and it was very poorly laid out and quite dangerous due to water laying on the floor. |

| As we had three adults and only one comfortable chair perhaps another chair or small sofa would have been appreciated. Everything else was great-comfy beds, lovely cotton sheetsand plenty of hot water. |
