This is an older hotel which is convenient to Bristo. The hotel is very loud as all doors to rooms are on an inside narrow hallway. The entranceways were overgrown with weeds. There is not an exercise/gym room. The hotel is using this room as a maintenance closet.

Staff was friendly and room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was not in use during our stay. Breakfast room was very small and food went fast.

The staff was extremely hospitality. They were friendly and presented a very homey feel to the place. They have renovated the rooms from our previous stay and we had a LCD TV in our room. The Lone star steak house was very good and close to the hotel but the city only seems to have about 3 big restaurants but the staff was eager to give us some other options. I would recommend this place to others.

There was a warm greeting from the very informative manager at the desk when we arrived. The room was well appointed and the safe worked, too. The pool was nice and clean. The exercise room was being refurbished, which was a bit disappointing. The free breakfast was passable. A great steakhouse was within walking distance. The town of Elizabethton is very charming and in a great location if you like mountains, lakes, hiking, birdwatching, and even antiquing. We'll go back again and again.

Location. The 3 month cancellation policy. The lack of trying to change my reservation. This ranks as the worst hotel I have stayed in. I paid for an upgrade and never got the upgrade.

This hotel had excuses for every problem that we had; from new housekeeper, we had no toilet paper. The towels were stained and OLD. The wireless internet in every room only worked in the lobby. The rooms were dimly lit as well as the hall. We were going to stay two nights, we left after the first night.

I have stayed at this hotel three times because it is very close to my friends in TN. The staff is soooo friendly and have gone out of their way to help me out with different situations while I've been there. The housekeeping ladies are super friendly and always there if you need them. There is a free continental breakfast which is one of the things we look for and the waffles are great! There is free wireless internet connection which is something else we look for! The only thing different that i would like to see...is a treadmill in the exercise room and then I would be 100 percent happy!!!

The staff was extremely friendly. It was dirty. Dirty and nasty. The bathroom fan cover was off and it was covered in a lot of dust. The fan was so loud it couldn't be used. There was a used soap bar on the sink. The tub had a mat in the center. Lifting the mat up revealed dozens of hairs and a square ring of grime. The bed sheet had a stain right below the pillow. On day 2 it was still there. They didn't change the sheets or vacuum.

Cleanliness, specially in entry-way. We were really surprise how the appearance of this hotel has decreased since we stayed there a few years back.

Friendly Staff and Good Breakfast. Hallways Needed Cleaned, Some Spider webs. Very good value for the price. Rooms were fairly clean, while the hallways needed to be dusted. Breakfast was what one would expect (cereal, bagels, Danish) along with hot biscuits and gravy. The staff tries very hard to be the friendliest in town and it shows. My one year old loved the outdoor pool. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
