Two day family trip to Wisconsin Dells - one night stay. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was a little on the firm side. Pool was on the smaller size. Did have a seperate kids pool which was nice. Pool hours were great! Hot tub was very very hot! Contential breakfast was fantastic - loved the make your own waffles. Great location close to the main attractions.

Their continental breakfast is delicious. The lobby host not to friendly. The facility is clean, their continental breakfast is excellent. The pool was very cold.

The AmericInn was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. The continental breakfast included with our room was great - really good coffee. The location was close to everything and checkout was a breeze.

Continental breakfast. Pillows. Bed was very hard. The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast excellent. Loved the waffles and the fact that they had hard boiled eggs and sausage. I have told everyone I have been in contact with since I got home about the continental breakfast. Pillows to small and not enough - if the pillows are that small there should be four per bed. Room was small but pleasant, did not spend a lot of time in the room

The beds were very bad! I did not sleep for the two nights. Both my husband and I have back pain the next morning. Also, I did not like to pay for a safe in the room and did not use it. It is a way for the motel to make money off of you. We will not be returning to this motel again.

Very friendly staff. This hotel is excellent for families with children. The service is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. The staff went out of their way to help you in any way that they could. We would stay there again.

The American Inn was everything I thought it would be. Great value for the money. Location wasn't on the main drag by all of the activities, but that was kind of nice as well. Would stay there again.

It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool was not deep enough. Only 3 half feet deep. I loved the hotels location which was close to the attractions, it was very clean, I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I liked the lodge style of the hotel. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful exterior and entrance area. Everything was very clean. Had internet access in lobby area. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, but overall the room was very nice.

Very clean, located off the beaten path but accessible to highway & sites. When hotel is at capacity they should provide more food for their continental breakfast. It was a pleasant stay and located close to travelers needs, such as gas, highway, pharmacy and restaurants. What we liked most was that you were not in the middle of all the congestion that the dells is known for. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and didn't seem like you were bothering them if you needed to ask them questions.

It's a very nice hotel, clean. No smoking rooms available. Overall it's a great place to stay. However I do think there should be some smoking rooms available for the average traveler.

Friendly staff. Room very clean. They charged more than our quote, but changed the price when asked. The Jacuzzi was not working, the chairs and table on the porch were soiled. The waffle maker in the lobby beeped very loudly from 6-9 am. However, the staff was excellent and addresses all of the problems in a quick and friendly manner. We would stay here again.
