Hotel was quiet in the evening when trying to get a little one to go to sleep. Good location for traveling to Black Hills for sightseeing.

Pool and sauna were perfect; most staff very friendly. Construction at early AM. Due to construction, all the workers were staying in rooms at the hotel so we got what was to be the last room, 2 doors down from construction entrance. They started pounding and running power tools by 6:10am and were even passing our door with loud conversations prior to that from the breakfast lounge. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite the next day, and they put us in the room directly over the food lounge/lobby/reception desk and next to the pool motors. So that moaning grinding sound made sleeping difficult the next two night, but then because we were directly above the conference room that was also being refurbished, again by 6:30am each day the power tools were running right below us so it was another early rise quite rudely. The desk clerk had no other room for us except for back next to the other construction zone. Cleaning crew worked extra hard to keep the construction dust from seeping to the open hotel areas. Some clerks were very friendly but others were untrained, unprofessional and rude.

I contracted with Orbitz for 49.95 a night and the Motel advertised 39.95 on their Marquee. Americinn offers an upgrade is your a Innpressive Member. I was upgraded to a room that had the refridgerator on the floor and a coffee pot that didn't work.

The carpet seemed new and they were in the middle of updating the interior of the rooms with new bedspreads, lamps and etc. It had in room microwave and refrigerator. My experience was good and I would use the motel again.

Loved the value of this hotel. Newer, nicely decorated, comfortable. Non-smoking hotel! Indoor pool, kids loved. Nice continental breakfast with wafflemaker etc. Don't think this visit could have been better!

We had a very comfortable night at the hotel. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the pillows weren't flat as a board. Our only complaint was that the pool area needed to be kept up better, and the hot tub must have been dirty, as it was full of sudsy water. The edges of it need to be repaired. It was easy to find, and close to the Mall and some nice restaurants. We were happy with our stay.

Good upkeep and clean. Internet access was poor and parking. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with our room, considering the price paid with other hotels we've stayed at in the same area. Clean and comfortable.

Very nice, clean, quiet motel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely will stay here again. We have stayed in 3 or 4 motels in the area and this is by far the nicest for the money. We paid an extra 5.00 for a jacuzzi room and it was well worth it after driving 475 miles.

Very helpful, friendly, and courteous staff all around. Very knowledgable about local activities and areas to go visit. Cleanest rooms we stayed in during our trip along with the best breakfast. The stay in Rapid City was a great one.

The shower had dark hair stuck to the walls. And the person checking us out the next day was detached and did not care to know how our stay was.

Hotel is in a great location! Right next to I90, and down the street from a large put-put course, walmart, and restaurants. We had the whirlpool suite- spacious room, large tub, comfy bed. Good for families, singles, or couples.
