This hotel was a great place for us to stay. I traveled here with a photography group to take pictures in Chincoteague. One of the other girls and I stayed at this hotel. It was just right for us. It was close to everything and the hotel staff was as friendly as could be.

Nothing. Unclean. The room was very dirty. The fridge had black mold. Room service eventually cleaned it. We stayed three nights. The second night, the room was never maintenances. Beds not made and no clean towels. The manager said that they forgot to clean the room. No apology. Overall, worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Do not recommend, especially with the mold issue.

Great price and friendly staff and a great place to stay. We liked everything about the motel. Great staff, great location, cleanliness and great price at this time of year (end of April.)

The Location is excellent and the price is cheap! I believe the new owners are still riding the coat tails of what the past owners did and they could really do a better job in cleaning the pool area and upgrading the chairs. Forget the continetal breakfast and eat out. Next time i will probably stay elsewhere but for what you pay its okay.

Location. A little older looking on the outside. It was good overall, but housecleaning did not clean the shower good while we were out. But for the money it was well worth it.

This was a charming little hotel!The owner went above and beyond what your normally receive in terms of customer service. The location is excellent; it is on the only beach access road. The fridge and microwave were a very nice feature for us. While it is what I would call more of a budget hotel, we were certainly not lacking for anything and were very comfortable.

Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Walking distance from eatery and town. Trolley located down the block to get you around town only a quarter. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. AC, Porch, Pool, Parking in front of room, Use of Double BBQ pit with utensils supplied.

We have visited the area for the past 30 years and used a lot of the properties. We were very pleased with the America Best Inn, mostly due to staff and the location. The Inn's is modest but comfortable, clean and is located right in the middle of the activities of the island. We plan to return in October and invite some friends along.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The paint was flecking off the walls of the bathroom. The location was very close within walking distance of the attractions we had in mind to visit.

The American Best Suits hotel was a great hotel for the price. If you are going on vacation and paln to be out more than inside the hotel a place like this is great. It did the job, kepp us cool and hard a roof over our heads. Not a bad hotel.

This hotel is close to shopping, bike rentals, and centrally located in relation to restaurants. There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. Our stay was perfect for family and the business traveler. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The pool is refreshing and there are picnic tables, grills, and grill utensils to do your own barbeque. We were two blocks from ice cream, bike rentals, and shops. Great central location.

The room was clean. There was no shampoo in one of my rooms and the clerk refused to give me any. Well, this hotel was ok. Definitely not the nicest, but not the absolute worst I've stayed in. My buddy was getting married the next day, so we weren't in the rooms any longer than to sleep. The next morning, we noticed there was no shampoo in one of the rooms, so we went to the front office to get some. The clerk refused to give us shampoo.
