Nothing, I will never stay there again. Rudeness of staff, and everything else. Completely unpleased with this hotel, and will not stay there again. Staff was unfriendly and just plain rude. Night staff was to busy playing on her Laptop to get my wife and I a couple extra pillows, as room had only two flat pillows. Woke up with stiff neck. They will be out of business soon at the rate they are going, which is a good thing.

I needed an iron to touch up my clothes and the lady at the front desk brought one up to me with a small ironing board. It was a non-smoking room but the sheets smelled of smoke.
