Did not get the room we booked. We booked a king non smoking and when we checked in the room, the room was a queen. They said they over booked the king room. Not even I'm sorry. The room we got was awful. Never would stay there again. The front desk clerk was very defensive, certainly did not care about service and making a guest happy.

The location, and facilities. A little noise because is close to the Free way. Nice, comfortable, easy access from the free way.

The internet only works in 1/2 of the rooms, there are only a few rooms with tubs, the continental breakfast is coffee and a donut, the smoking rooms are beside and below the non-smoking rooms and smoke comes in all night. Other visitors are NOT discouraged from loud music at 3:00 am. Their version of service is a simple, sorry, can't help you.

Close to Mc Donalds. Shower did not work and didn't find out until the next morning. This is a very poor hotel in appearance and maintenance.

If the price is between 40-55 this is the place to go.Its a budget motel so you know the drill, threadbare towels, little soaps, overflowing trash cans outside etc. The room was clean, there is internet access in the lobby/breakfast area. The pool area is very nice. The front desk people are helpfull and friendly. The minus side is the ""continental breakfast"". Donuts and coffee---period. Get there early or you won't get a donut.

The bed was comfortable. The floor was really dirty. The hotel was not in a very nice area, the only good thing about it was the bed was comfortable. It was a king size non smoking room. Even the non smoking room kind of smelt like smoke.

Clean and rooms looked nice. Headboard falling off wall, plugs that didn't work. When I first got to the hotel, didn't think much of it but figured for the price it was fine. I was surprised once I got into the room to find it was fairly much updated and clean with a couch as well. I therefore thought not bad for the money. I sat on the couch and watched TV for a while and then decided to climb into bed to watch TV from there. I must have leaned against the headboard wrong or something when all of a sudden tit fell off the wall on one side and if someone would have been lying in the bed on that side, it would have hit them in the head. I thought this was a little weird but figured it could happen and therefore tried to put the headboard back up. It was then I realized it was sort of tacked onto the wall to hide an old light switch that had been taken out but not sealed over. Again thinking really classy but oh well I am turned and just want to go to sleep. I therefore tried to turn on the light next to the bed and realized neither it nor the clock was plugged in. I searched and found the plug was behind the bed and therefore plugged the clock in. It was then that sparks started coming out of the outlet so I immediately unplugged the clock and tried to just get some sleep. Every little noise kept waking me up thinking it was something else in the room that was going wrong. Finally at 2 AM I gave up on the idea of sleep and just left figuring it was safer to just sleep in my truck then in the room. It was definitely the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel room. If the other rooms are anything like this, the place is a serious safety hazard and the company needs to go through and check it out before some really gets hurt.

This really is the best value inn. The room was a decent size; bed was comfortable. Only drawback was I couldn't park near my room. It was quiet even though it's close to the highway. Convenient and very affordable.

We only had to endure it for two nights. Whild fights next door. Very terrible.

Close to interstate & rodeo. Musty smell & small room. Ok for 1 night as close to interstate for traveling. Not recommend for more than 1 night as not any restaurants to eat at nearby and smelly room.

Close to airport. They stuck me in a smoking room. Located practically under the I-10 overpass, this hotel is one you want to spend as few hours as possible in.

Main person at front desk was helpful. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Example: Pole lamp with glass table remained dirty.

Beds were good, Cleaning staff did a good job, near Gem Show locations. Noisy busy location, traffic noise and tiny bathrooms. A good no frills economy hotel near downtown locations we were interested in visiting during the gem show, but not good for anyone interested in beauty or amenities of the hotel itself since it is located on a busy intersection.

Helpful staff. Coarse bed material. Springs too palpable. Ok for sleep not romance. It was alright for a budget stay.

Very conveniently located to the Tucson Convention center. Filthy floors, uncomfortable beds, sheets and towels. This facility does not deserve to be considered a "hotel." It is a very expensive "motel" by any definition. The carpets had gum stuck in multiple locations, flooring was dirty, and the room had a rather unpleasant odor. The sheets and blankets felt more like sandpaper. I've had more comfortable beds and bedding at so-called mom-and-pop facilities for a lot less money. My daughter and I had to spend additional money to purchase a blanket and sheets which she could use to be comfortable. The location was very good in relation to where we had to be for a meeting at the Tucson Convention Center despite all the freeway construction in the area.

Price. Noise from big rigs. A great hotel for a quick over night. We just need a place to sleep and this hotel more than met our expectations.

I really like the friendly staff, and the clean enviroment. I did not like that at night the hotel came alive, upon checking in it was quiet, but during the night I could hear people coming in and out all nit It was okay for the price, I would recommend it to other who is needed somewhere nice and clean to stay for one night. I would also recommend that they maybe tell the staff they would rather stay closer to the front of the office, rather than in the way back were I stayed. It was too loud and noisy at night and when you have to get up early to go to your destination it may be a problem.
