I thought it was going to be a one night trip, but when my meeting got extended couple of extra days, they gave me a bigger room for the same price with a full kitchen!! Great new lobby, The staff was helpful. The rooms looked brand new with new carpets, decor, & TV's. Would come back here again.

Clean & friendly environment. Poor internet access. Country type area out of town. Has plenty of access to nearby restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Americas Best Value Inn & Suites, Wolcott, Connecticut was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We were in room 103. The front door has a metal kick board that is all rusted out. The bathroom has rust and dirt on the ceilings, tub/shower, and the floor. One night there was a spider and the next night a roach in the shower. The bathroom towels are worst than the towels we use in our garage for cleaning purposes. Behind the bathroom door there is a spike sticking out from the floor base board. It is supposed to be the door stop, but the end is broken off and someone can easily get hurt on this rusty spike. The bedroom and closet were eliminated with just a 25 watt bulb. It made the atmosphere very dark and uncomfortable. We had to ask for hangers; there were none in the room. The room was supposed to come with an iron and ironing board, but it did not. The office had containers for pastry, but there wasn't anything in them. We were too involved with the purpose of our trip to complain, but did not enjoy this hotel what so ever.

I loved it! I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, as I suffer from a sinus condition. They never brought me a pillow. There were ice patches in all areas. My wife and I frequent this establishment regularly when in this area of Connecticut. The staff gives no eye contact and are emotionally cold although I am a regular customer. They did not adequately clear ice patches and I almost fell. When I told this to staff, he just stared at me and said he would take care of it. I'm thinking of finding another motel.

America's Best Value Inn & Suites was somewhat dissatisfying. The location of our hotel was neighboring a construction site or collection center of some kind. The construction vehicles were too noisy for relaxation. The bathroom of our room was not cleaned very well before our stay. Furthermore, the hotel staff did not offer a list of amenities available at the hotel site.

Nothing. Did not like the cockroach infestation's, dirty room, unmade beds. Would not refer even my worst enemies to this place.
