This hotel was easy to locate. We arrived early in the morning and there was a room available, the staff let us check in early without a fee. They were very friendly and helpful when asked directions around the city. The room was good sized and was separated by a counter with a sink, mcrowave and mini fridge. It would have been perfect if we were traveling with another couple. They offered movie channels for no extra fee too. There was a washer and dryer along with vending machines located on our floor too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at an America's Best Value Inn again!

Reserved a non smoking room, was given a smoking room because the contractors working power outages did not check out. The room smelled awful. It was also a handicapped room so there was no place to put anything in the bathroom except the floor. The bed was broken, I found this out when I stubbed my toe on the 2x4's holding the broken wheel up off the floor. I put the change linen sign out but all the maid did was refold the dirty towels and did not change the sheets. When I checked in the front desk person ran my credit card and tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid for. This took about 10 minutes to clear up. The halls on the third floor always smelled of something rancid. The lobby was tiny and the breakfast area was right in front of the front desk, all two tables of it.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and realy liked it. The staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean. We were told that the hotel was under new management. We meet the manager and he was very nice to talk to.
