Date of Stay: June, 2008

After spending 20 minutes at check-in, I was directed to my hotel room across the parking lot, in front of the truck. It was located in a dark area and there was a transient individual picking through the garbage near my room. Each room has it's own entrance and insufficient security. Following my first night's stay, I left the do not disturb sign on my door because I didn't want anyone in my room. When I arrived back at the hotel, I asked the desk clerk for directions to a bookstore or coffee shop and he seemed overly interested in my personal matters and asked what room I was staying in. After changing the subject and hesitating, I told him, figuring that he could find out the information easily. Later, upon returning to my room after walking to find a restaurant to eat dinner, I noticed my belongings had been gone through and my digital camera was missing. The camera battery was charging on the desk next to my laptop, but the camera was gone. Afraid to go confront this individual, I locked myself into the room and attempted to get some sleep. The party in the room next door was extremely noisy and banged on the adjoining door several times throughout the night. I took the ironing board and a chair and wedged them between the adjoining room door and my bed for added security. I got very little sleep for the 2nd night in a row. The following morning, I reported the camera and my security concerns to the desk staff and received no response other than the manager isn't here. Therefore, I left my business card and information and checked out of the room a day early.

Located right off the freeway. AC is loud. Easy access to the freeway, located near restaraunts which was nice for weekend travelers. Convienent 10 minutes to mall and Auto Club Speedway.

This place was very clean, people running it and service people were great, I will be going back to ontario again soon and I will stay here again. Very happy with this place and I did tell my friends to check them out too.

Very close to certain much needed businesses. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I had to report a major leak in bathroom sink, the headboard was covering the outlets to the lamps, which could not stay on when sat against the headboard. The room had musty odor, and the heater gave me a headache due to dirty filters. I will select better grade hotel next time!

This is a awsome hotel the only thing that i found odd was that i ask my room to be cleaned and i had to ask 2 times before i got someone to help me. other than that it was a awsome stay, the hotel was in a great location and the jaquzi was awsome, its is worth that stay
