Not a nice place to stay, people who work there are very, very rude. Vicks Bar and Grill has not been opened in 6 months, and we was not told about this. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

It had a roof. Old, ugly, run down embarrassing. Wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

Breakfast-packaged muffins and grocery store chocolate chip cookies, coffee, oj, milk. The little bit of food that was out was gone by 8:30 AM, and I didn't see it being replaced. Nothing a diabetic should eat. Breakfast "area" had only one couch to sit on and nothing else. No tables. We had 2 rooms. One had no blankets. One had no mini-fridge. Carpet in one room was clean, and in the other got our white socks filthy. High speed internet was out. TV didn't work in one room. Both bathrooms had heavily stained (I hope that's all it was) tubs and toilets. Noisy. Restaurant was closed down. This was a great let down since the reason I booked with Americas Best was because the one I stayed in in Mitchell, SD was so clean and nice. I can't believe they are even in the same chain.

it was a great hotel for the money the pool is big the jacuzzi was heart shaped they did have an ant problem though and the bar in the hotel will make finding parking hard on a saturday evening. the breakfest was ok the little man in the kitchen was rude but all in all for 50 bucks i would recomend this hotel.

The hotel smelled strongly of smoke. Our bathroom had standing water in the floor. When I told the front desk, they said we could come down and get a towel. They also did not tell us or the other guests about the breakfast offered in the Bar & Grill...we found out by luck. To get to the dining room for breakfast, we had to walk through the smoky, nasty bar & pool table area. Not good when your child has asthma and you think you're staying at a smoke free hotel. The ice machine was located outside by the poolside...and was broken. We won't stay in any America's Best Value places ever again.

Nothing. Everything. Couldn't seem to adjust the heater right. Was either cold or sweating. Moldy bath. Took a long time for water to get hot. When it finally got hot enough I was standing in 3" of cold water because the drain was not working properly. The toilet did not have a box on the back like a normal commode. It was the kind you would see at a public rest room along the highway with just a pipe and a value. When you flush it, you get a nice refreshing spraying emitting from it.

Even though we were right off the lobby the room was very quiet. Temperature controls in each room. Refrigerator in room was never heard, ran very quiet. Microwave/TV and free computer internet . appreciated. Excellent scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Our room was really nice and the hotel staff was great. Well we liked everything about the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly. Our room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the stay!

Easy to locate from I-35 or 635. Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were very clean, and there was a restaurant on property which was nice so I didn't have to go searching for a restaurant for Dinner.Breakfast was EXCELLENT, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.....

It had a bed. Dead Bolt did not work cigarette butts about the room. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel.

The location was easy access on and off interstate 35e, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh cooked. The TV reception was bad and the cheap plastic toilet seat did not match the quality of the granite vanity top. The location was good for easy access to the highway. It appeared that they had tried to update an old facility. The TV in our room had very bad reception but the room was clean and neat. The cheap plastic toilet seat was incongruous with the nice granite vanity top in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was small, but fresh cooked and tasty. Unfortunately, the orange juice tasted like a powdered drink mix.

Jacuzzi. It was not my style. There were things left in the fridge and on the floor, we even found candy bags in the drawers.
