Our property can accommodate small meeting and conference groups of up to 50 individuals in our 740 sq. ft. facility. Ordered room with 2 beds. Began with room with 1 king bed, lock on door broken, asked for 2 beds. Moved to second room. 2 beds, but locks broken on front and back doors. Requested another room. Was shown 3rd room which would require to go up several stairs outside in front of area. Can't do that. So, stayed in second room, even with door locks that didn't work. Desk lady was very accomodating and did everything she could do to help. Husband went to visit his brother across other side of pool, which had no water. When he was returning to our room he fell down a step that he couldn't see as it was dark and there were no lights on it. Hurt his back and knees. Beds were fairly comfortable, television worked well in bedroom. In the front was a little "living" room with a couch, table, chair, TV, wardrobe, etc. Couch was old, had huge stains on it. Went to bed. In morning I saw small spots of blood on the sheet where my husband had slept. I checked him to see if he had cut his back when he fell. No cuts. I went back in to check the sheet again and noticed a very tiny black bug crawling. I pinched it between my thumb & finger, squashing it. Needless to say, it was a bed bug and blood was left on my finger & thumb. I saw another one and did the same thing and got the same results. YUK! Then I took the pillow cases off the pillows. More bugs. I called the front desk and the lady came right away and I showed her the bugs and what happened when they were squashed. She offered to move us to another room and we told her we'd rather move on and go elsewhere. She refunded all of our money and wished us luck. My husbands brother and his family also moved out - he has cancer and had a bad experience as well. The general manager came to see about fixing the broken locks but didn't bring the right screw driver with her so that was put off. Did we enjoy our stay? Well, duh, what do you think?

I thought the place was supposed to have been remodeled, but it was obvious there was no organized cleaning & upkeep what so ever.

Room was not clean, throw-up on bedspread, pool was drained and pool area unaccessable.

This hotel was gros, gross and more gross. It was in an okay location and not too far from the city, but ewwww....it was just scary. I couldn't wait to check out.

We arrived late so it was just a place to sleep. It was the best value in the area. It was Memorial Day weekend and the pool was not open yet. The service on the continental breakfast was not good--ran out of things and slow to replenish them. Staff was friendly.

We like to stay here because we have family in the area and they allow our little dog to stay with us. We have experienced problems with no pool availability. There are no extra ammenities available and it is difficult to understand the owners. Don't expect fancy and high quality. Basic and plain is the best way to describe it.

Only one word to describe this place - filth. The room smelled and was very dirty. I put towels on the floor so I wouldn't have to walk on it. The bath mat had disgusting mold growing on it. Don't stay here.
