Went to the cheapest hotel I could find while attending the DI Global finals at University of Tennessee. Expected only to sleep there. You get what you pay for. There was NO housekeeping. After returning the first day, the bed was unmade, trash still in room and all they left were 2 more scratchy towels! Hotel is located at a major intersection of highways and very noisy - heard large trucks and motorcycles ramping up loudly to get on highway. Cut my stay short and went to the Hilton!

As a frequent traveler this is the worst hotel ever/ Nothing, worst experience, disgusting, dirty.

So, I stayed here before because the price was good. So, I stayed here again because the price was good. Hmmm...there's a trend showing up. And, there's a trend in the other reviews as well. This place is a hole. They didn't have my reservation, charged my credit card for something I'd already paid for, and it was difficult to explain that I had a reservation because the owners & employees barely speak English. The rooms are disgusting - point blank. There are holes in the walls, hair in the sinks, dirty floors, and my bed didn't even have a sheet. One of the holes in my room was adorned with a dirty cotton swab. Do not stay here. If you get anything out of this review...please let it be the message that you SHOULD NOT stay here.

Do not choose this motel from Orbitz. Orbitz' price was 42 plus tax; the real billboard rate was 34 plus tax. Of course, Orbitz made 8 bucks (almost 25%)off of my stupid decision. No one to blame but myself; however, that will not happen again to me. No more Orbitz for overnight reservations.

The room we had was infested with Bed bugs. manager called me a liar and said no bugs were in the room. Had allergic reaction to bites and am under doctor care now

It was only 5 minutes away from downtown Knoxville. It was really disgusting and the front desk guy was rude. There were all sorts of stains on the sheets and when we called the front desk about it we had to go down there and get new ones and put them on the bed by ourselves. We also were accused of making them dirty when we had been there like 5 minutes.

Basic room. Was ok for after late nite football game. Room was under50.00. It reminded me of my days is the military. It was okay in a pinch.Front dest staff hard to understand.

It didn't burn down while we were there. The staff was rude ans disinterested. The noise from traffic was terrifying. This hotel was not a family friendly environment. The noise from traffic was horrific. I did not feel safe. Hotel staff was disinterested in customer satisfaction.

The people running the hotel can speak very little English. The rooms were dirty, blood stains on the pillows, one sheet that you can see through. Stayed 1 night, charged for 4, credited for 2, still trying to communicate for the credit for the 3rd. Worst hotel experience and I travel almost every week. Better to spend a little more.

Friendly cleaning staff, great location. People living in rooms around us(permanately), condition of room. Room was horrible. Destroyed doors that did not close correctly, burn marks all over bathtub like someone was letting their crack pipe go out on it. The location was excellent though, this is only good thing.

Nothing, it was so bad that I went across the street. The graffiti on the bathroom door, ripped bed sheets and this place was awful. I would not stay at this hotel.

Check-in was fast and easy. Small shower, no fridge, no microwave. For the price, it is what it is, it was clean and close to the interstate and many places to eat in the area.

They allow dogs to stay. No amenities, No hairdryers, travel items, etc. The front desk help was not friendly; the room was probably the worst in the motel. No hairdryers in the room. Their free breakfast was glassed donut and coffee. (No juice, no sweetener for the coffee except sugar. The place was extremely rundown.

Counter person was very nice. Rooms are very dirty. I couldn't believe how dirty this place was. My daughter went to use the bathroom and came out telling me how dirty it was. The walls were so dirty. I called the front desk and complained. The front desk person showed me 4 other rooms. I picked the best of the worst. Headboard engraved with swastika and names, chairs were dirty, bedspread stunk of smoke. I would never stay here again.

In good location, lots of room to park a car or camper. No Kleenex, a 7 on cleanliness.

Had a hot shower. The bathroom door had writing on it and the floor didn't look clean. This hotel needs a lot of inside work. It looked great from the outside. Needs coffee pot in rooms. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job.
