This is a hotel you'd be better without, even if it's the only place available. Very much roughinging it no amenities other than the ice and soda machine. Its over priced, dirty, creepy, and to close to the road. We had rm#102 no hairdryer, no working tv, black mold on the ceiling, cold running shower, old dirty carpet, wallpaper peeling away in the bathroom...you'd be less worried sleeping in your car!

Don't know the bed comfort because when we pulled the sheets back there was roaches, and roach droppings in the bed and roach powder on the floor. Immediately asked for a refund; which was denied. Tried to handle with management and they offered me a 15% discount on my next stay. (Ha Ha ) Don't even consider this hotel!

The hotel was under new management, but there were baby spiders on and around the bed. The cold water faucet was missing in the bathtub making it almost impossible to take a bath or shower. The hair dryer did not work. The room smell musty and not as clean as it should have been

Close to the casino. Filthy, unfriendly, dirty. I had to turn in my wet towels in order to receive dry ones. What a joke. The place was filthy. Stains on carpet and walls. Bathroom was under construction and was dirty. I slept in my clothes for fear of catching a disease from the dirty comforter. I would have gladly paid more for a better room.

We booked a suite. In reality, it was a small condo in a separate unit that included a small kitchen. That was all right, but there were holes in the walls, dirty floors, insects, inoperative lights, broken ceiling fans, etc. The toilets had not even been flushed, and the bath tub still had soap, hair, etc. from the former travelers. The sink was broken, the refrigerator gone, telephone gone, etc. It was not a pleasant experience. NEVER AGAIN!! We spent more time cleaning and repairing than vacationing.

Staff were friendly - hard to understand but friendly. Hard to understand clerk when I called & not enough toilet paper in room. Everything was okay.

This hotel is close the casino. Housekeeping is not a priority. We have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time, the room was really smelly and looked like it was barely cleaned. We were not looking to stay there again, but most of the hotels in the area were booked so we had to. The second time it was a much better looking room but it also seemed to not have been cleaned well.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The parking area we had for our building was very small. Ok, for a stay. The hotel did not have and restaurants but there were a few within yards of the hotel.

Location of hotel was very convenient to our destination. Hotel staff was not very friendly at all and parking was hard to find. I will not consider staying at this hotel again. The hotel staff was not very friendly at all. Light in bathroom did not work, bathtub had bugs in it; had to go to office check-in desk to get iron to use.

Price and convenience to casino. Cleanup staff entered room before my checkout was complete. Decent price for an overnight stay, shuttle offered to and from Coushatta Casino was a plus.

It was clean, friendly, and very close to everything. Would highly recommend. Nothing. The owners were very friendly and the rooms were very homely and comfortable. It was close to the casino and places to eat. We enjoyed what we saw of kinder. Everyone was anxious to help and our room was cleaned and ready to go at the time of our arrival which was very favorable.

It 's close to the casino. Roaches in all three rooms and not worth the price. This hotel did not have the microwave or the coffee maker, or refrigerator in all the rooms I was told that I was to have called the hotel to make sure I got a room with those items I wanted. but the advertisement stated that all rooms come with them. One of the rooms I had had the refrigerator no microwave, and a clock radio the other room had the microwave clock radio and refrigerator. The room I was in did not have any not even a clock. All three rooms we fought roaches at night. The mattresses were hard and springy.

Nothing. Poor service from owner and operator on down to front desk clerk. My room had bloody mattress and bad odor. This was my mother 70th birthday and had the worst experience ever. The hotel was not good. After being in a very loud area due to the train that passes within a couple of feet from the hotel, I had a bloody matress and a very bad smelling room. After bringing my concerns to the staff no one did anything about this due to the manager was not on site. After contacting him and letting him know my problems and still he did nothing. He felt it was only 15% off worth of issues. I never used the room and my sister used the other room #153 and after being so upset and waiting a hour and 30 mins we left. 10 mins down the road we realized we left several sets of keys in room #153. After returing for my property the front desk told me she called the police and gave the keys to the police. We then had to go to the police station to get my property. The police couldnt even figure out why they couldnt have waited to see if we would come right back instead of giving our property to the police after we just had left within 10 minutes. Of course this was inconvienence to all of us. We had to get a phonebook and find out where the station was due to the front desk clerk could'nt tell us. Again I have had zero sleep, talked to and yelled at by both owner and front desk clerk, grossed out by this filthy room and to top it all off now I am on my way to find a police station in a small town for my keys which should have still been at the front desk of this hotel. I noticed the problems but so did the housekeepers. They even went to the desk clerk and told her the room had a bad matress and a bad odor and all she did was nodded her head and offered me 15% off and she said she had to pay this to me out of her pocket and thats all she was told by the owner to give on any hotel isssues. These things should have been posted on the web site which allows.

Close to Coushatta casino was only good point. Dark stairs. Unfriendly and uncaring staff. Dark stairs, we had an upstairs room. My son and daughter both fell coming down those dark stairs. Management did not seem to care. Will not stay there again. They even told us we had to get our room before we could go to the bathroom. We had traveled nearly 200 miles and needed to go to the bathroom. Continental breakfast was not very good coffee and cookies.

Clean, nothing broken. No microwave, coffee pot, or refrigerator. Very clean, welcomed guests with great attitude, flexible with incoming guests.
