This motel met my needs for this visit. The room I was in needs some minor repairs to make it more attractive.

Very friendly employees, great location in Holland, lots of parking, free wifi, and free breakfast...what more could someone ask for :).

It was the worst experience in a hotel ever. The first room we went to had a swarm of bugs on the carpet in a pile. They gave us another room. It was filthy, the tub was black with dirt, like it had never been cleaned. The tub also had spiders and hair in it. The pillows were filthy, the grill over the heater/air conditioner was busted. There were cobwebs on the wall over the headboard. The lighting was terrible. We were charged a higher price than was posted on the internet. When I asked the lady if we could get an aarp discount, she said the price she gave us was aarp price, was she telepathic? We hadn't even asked yet! There is a reason the nicer hotels charge more...They are worth it!!! Take my advice and stay as far away as possible.

This place was gross, stinky and I just wanted to leave! It's run down and you could hear everything in the hallway. I couldn't wait to get out.

I read some really bad reviews of this hotel and was nervous about staying there. But when I checked in the front desk clerk was very friendly and gave me directions to places of interest to see in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since this was a low price hotel, I feel I got my monies worth.

All night all we kept hearing was people or kids pouncing over our head until weel into the night and then it started all over again by 7:00 am the following morning. The next morning when we got up there was no hot water. We where not the only ones complaining everyone that came down for breakfast was complining and when I informed the person at the front desk when we where checking out she just said it was becasue they had a full house. The continential breakfast if you can even call that was not very good, ceral, very liitel coffee, they alomst ran out of milk and orange juice. They had to replenish it twice. THey ran out of plastic silver ware. I know they didn't have to supply this but perhaps they could have had a little more variety of food, maybe some doughnuts instead of just the ceral and mini bagel. My sister drinks tea int he morning and there wasn't any hot water for tea, she had to heat it in the microwave, but when you do that it gives it a different flavor. We want to come back up there again in a couple of months to see what we missed the first time and we will definalty not be staying at that hotel we will find another place to stay.

I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn in Holland, Michigan when needing to visit nearby friends. I was a little surprised at the small room size. And not even a closet or an iron, or basic things like shampoo. Check-in took quite a long time. But it was clean and not noisy.

America's Best Value Inn in Holland, MI was very dirty and run down. The towels were stained and the bathroom shower curtain was filty. The drywall above the air conditioner had holes in it. The dresser had ashes and a beer cap in it. The air conditioner only worked on very cold. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrive at the hotel, the staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The staff during the day as also friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable. The bathroom sink and tub had not been cleaned so we took showers. The location was near shopping and resaurants.
