Very disappointed. Have had good luck with this hotel chain before but this one is not a good representation. Their idea of renovation is repainting and they've never heard about drop cloths, paint spots all over the walkway. No breakfast, no pool. The staff gave us the third degree when checking in, made me wonder what type of people usually stayed there. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Nothing. Management, location and no swimming pool. The management will impede on your privacy which makes the environment extremely unpleasant. Room was dirty, smells and overall very unpleasant place. I highly recommend to any traveler to avoid this hotel at all cost. They will also show no regard to your personal privacy and will cause unnecessary conflict without a valid reason.

We had a confirmed, prepaid, written reservation for 2 adults, 1 child, yet the staff charged(extorted) an additional * to us because his paperwork only said 2 adults. The rooms were cinderblock and circa-1970's, but clean.

Hotel check in and check out time wrong, dirty, dingy, bed hard, window falling out, bars on windows. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it. It was not comfortable at all.

This room is great for the price. nothing fancy but got the job done. I stayed one night just as a layover on my trip. wouldnt recommend any longer the nearby train might disrupt light sleepers but its not loud in the rooms.

This hotel is easy to access if you don't let the odd RR crossing-intersection trick you. An ideal stopover for tired/cost conscious travelers.

Nothing; stayed 5 minutes and checked out. Everything; it was awful. This place was a dive. We walked in, looked around and was immediately uneasy about this place. When we pulled the blankets down to check and see if they were clean, we noticed stains on the blanket. The other bed had a blanket with cigarette burns and had been sewn up. Very unprofessional. No pride taken in this hotel by owner/operator. Overall bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Fridge, microwave, and nice TV. Pillows too hard. The operators seem to be trying hard to make this a nice motel. It is a classic one-story motel from the 60's or earlier, with the parking lot right there. There were train tracks across the street, but I was not bothered by train noise. This won't be the best place you ever stay, but for the money, it is a decent value.

"While the hotel now advertises that they have no pool, we made our reservation based on the fact that an indoor pool was advertised. there is in fact an indoor pool on premises, but it was not available during our two day stay. The room in which the pool, which appeared to be useable was being used for storage of old matresses. I asked the desk when the pool would be available and was told after 5:30 pm."

Awful area. Forest fire behind it: did not even stay there. We did not stay. There was a forest fire behind the hotel and clouds of smoke going over it. We were shocked at the area around the hotel: next door to an automotive repair shop: scarey people walking around and again a forest fire!

"I was scheduled here by myself for 5 nights. I left after 2. I felt very unsafe in the evening with the unsavory characters that hung around. Also, the door knob is the only lock, except for a small chain. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with children! And would not recommend it for anymore than a brief one night stay. There are many other good choices in Flagstaff. "

Rooms are fairly well sound proof. Very unattractive and no amenities. This hotel has only the basics - a bed, bath and TV. The rooms don't even have a clock so I had to buy one as had a workshop I had to take in the morning. There is no restaurant.

We booked this motel based on customer ratings and were not disappointed. If what you need is a safe clean place to stay for the night this ought to fit the bill. The room was sparse but clean. Nothing fancy. No continental breakfast (they did serve coffee). No pool. No morning paper. It definitely has a motel rather than a hotel look.. But all we wanted was a place to sleep before heading off early the next morning. Room looked like it had been recently remodeled. Bathroom was small but clean. The person at the desk was polite and helpful

The heat was not on in my room upon arrival. Check in service was speedy and friendly. I did not expect the hotel to offer wireless internet, but noticed a mimo router on the counter in the lobby. I was given a key (yes, a key, not a card) to access my room which had a microwave and refrigerator. My only issue with the hotel was that on one of the coldest days of the year, the heat was not on in my room. The small window heater took 12+ hours to heat the room to comfortable, so I was under the blanket all night. Overall a very nice stay.

The sheets were really thin and stained, the pillows were flat and the cases covering them were so thin that you could see how brown the actual pillow was. Nice guy at the front desk.
