The rooms were very clean, nothing extraordinary but very clean. The location was centrally located which was fabulous, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to do right in the center of town where the Inn was located. I would certainly go back there. Would be nice if it had a hot tub.

Front desk staff very helpful. We had a wonderful time. The staff at the front desk was very accomodating, had lots of information about attractions, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs major updating. The spackle on the walls was falling off. The air didnt work well. And there was mold all over on the grout in the tub. I acutally had to call the front desk and ask them to clean up the mold. They screwed up my reservation it was a good thing i called the day before I left to make sure everything was correct.

My stay at the hotel was brief....just one night. Maybe a 2nd floor room would have be better for me due to noise in parking lot outside of my door. The room was very clean & well maintained. Bed was quite comfortable. Ammenities were in great shape.

I am a little bit spoiled and used to nice hotels. This is a motel, no question. But it is spotless and the staff is really pleasant. Everything in the room worked and it is located in Hyannis, one block from everything. We would stay again. Price was good.

Receptionistswas very helpful. They even made extra efforts to help little requests. Great location. Old beds, sheets, carpet, etc. Not so clean feeling. Receptionists are very helpful. Hair in the shower is bad enough, but hair in the bed is grotesque and completely unacceptable at any price! Another room proved to be equally dirty. A huge dissapointment.

This hotel deserves the 3 Gs (Great price, Great location, Great service). The room is very clean. The water in the shower is powerful. There is no hotel that can beat this one with such low price.

Itraveled with my handicapped mother and they were so accommodating. This is an elegant hotel within one's budget where one can stay, go out and have fun, enjoy breakfast and/or pool.

I was please with the hotel because I believe I received what I was looking for. A nice, clean hotel that met my economic plans for my trip. Also the location was ideal and there was abundant opportunities to do a variety of activities close by. I have already recommeded this trip to friends and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Although the hotel was cleaned every day by the staff the carpets were kinda dirty. My daughters socks and knees were brown from the carpet. You can hear everybody walking up top very clearly if you are on first level. Also a train goes by the rear of the hotel.

First of all, we have visited a lot of hotels. We have stayed at luxury, chain hotels and this was one of the first budget hotels we have stayed at. We booked because there was not much else out there, it was a high travel time. Boy were we surprised. Nice hotel with two pools. Indoor pool stays open until 9 and outdoor is open until 8 p.m. Both are nice. Small breakfast in the breakfast room. Hotel is large and there is an outside walkway...so you can actually sit outside your room and enjoy the breeze. Clean, nice staff and large rooms. The value is terrific. The location is dowtown Hyannis, you can walk to almost everything. Small store next door makes things go smoothly. Stay here, it is terrific.

The room was OK, they offered us the suite which is just two rooms joining, with one bathroom to share. The pools were nice. The breakfast was good, they advertised fresh fruit, but there was none. The offered coffee all day, which was great. Check in was easy.

I travel often and for the money this was a good hotel. Room (one King) was spacious, clean, and had a mini-fridge in the room. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and offers free breakfast(continental). For the rate and location.....not to shabby!

Although our trip was business related we took the family so we could see the cape togther. The room was small but clean. The entire hotel was old and out dated but again, clean. The location was fantastic as we were withing walking distance of everything. We caught a Cape Cod Baseball league game that was fantastic. Beaches, shops all very very close.One of the things I found rather odd was that there was no botton sheet on the beds. Just a sheet and a blanket. Not mandatory but just kind of weird. Would I stay there again? Yes but I wouldnt pay a dime more than we did.
