Our three story property, with elevator, is ideal for a family vacation or a business trip. The Americas Best Value Inn and Suites is centrally located between downtown Los Angeles and the Orange County business district. We have recently remodeled all our rooms and suites. We are surrounded by many fine restaurants and attractions. We feature a crystal clear outdoor swimming pool. All our guest rooms and Jr. Suites are furnished with complimentary, secured, hi-speed wireless Internet access, and HBO. Guest rooms and suites with microwave and a mini-fridge are available upon request. The property also has a guest laundromat for our long-stay guests. We are confident your stay with us will be relaxing and memorable. Anaheim is located in Orange County, California, 28 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Anaheim is known for its theme parks, sports teams, and convention center. It is the site of the Disneyland Resort, a world famous grouping of theme parks and hotels, Angel Stadium, the Honda Center, and the Anaheim Convention Center, which is the largest convention center on the American West Coast. Anaheim's largest and most important industry is tourism, and the world famous Disneyland Resort is by far the city's largest employer. Must see area attractions: Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City USA, Adventure City, Medieval Times, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, the Honda Center, the House of Blues, and Huntington Beach. .

The location was good, very close to a lot of restaurants. But the thing is their pool is not heated.

Friendly. Price way to high of what you telling me. Bad service, furniture on room all broken. Missing parts on it, the cost was much higher than shows smell bad. The pool really dirty.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. There was MOLD in the shower. There was not remote to the T.V. The furniture fell apart. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The price for the room; however, is great ~ especially when you're on a budget. The hotel is right next door to Knott's Berry Farm, and only about 8 (I'm guessing here) miles from Disneyland. When we walked into the room, there was a couch that made out into a bed. A half size wall separated the bedroom from the couch or living room if you will. The furniture (table, chair, tv console, and end tables) appeared to be new and were made out of (fake) cherry wood. The bathroom, on the other hand, could use a little work. The towels could also stand to be upgraded as well because they were not (and I emphasize NOT) smooth to the touch. They were made of coarse material...but hey...they dried you off. They did not provide a blow dryer, clock or iron. Overall, for the price, you really can't complain. It met our basic need. It had a clean bed to sleep in.
