I just stayed at this motel the other day. This is an awful place. The staff was rude and the rooms were dirty. I agree with the other reviews from this motel. Stay away!

My stay at this motel was terrible. The room smelled of urine, the walls looked terrible and the microwave had food still in it that was moldy. We called the office to let them know and they put us in another room. This one was just as bad, only know we had to listen to arguing neighbors. Terrible place.

The bed was rock hard and gave me back pains. It's not in the best area of town, however right off the interstate. It's cheap and easy, good for the no frill crowd. It was clean and neat but the bed was rock hard.

I was there for business travel. It was easy access from I-5 freeway closed from millitary base and quiet area. Staffs were so friendly room was so clean. I'm going back there to stay again.

Staff was friendly. Beds hard as rock; not enough towels, paper thin; insufficient amenities for coffee. One of the worst experiences ever in a hotel! Beds are rock hard; not enough towels in the king room; towels are paper thin; use full size coffee pots with 4 cup coffee packets; had only one packet of sweetener and creamer for coffee. TV had several channels that had no volume. Continental breakfast is cheap and no artificial sweeteners for coffee.

We made reservations to stay at this motel for seven nights while we were visiting family. Needless to say one night was enough. The staff had no idea what they were doing, and when the manager came to help he was holding a cup which smelled like ?, he was unshaven and had BARE dirty feet. He seemed to not have a clue as well. Our room was downstairs and was very dirty. The room had a strong urine smell and it looked like the walls had never been painted. Also the door jamb was completely splintered and had no secondary lock. Did I mention the all night noise and continual traffic? I would not recommend staying there. WE LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT.

TV worked well. Toilet did not flush, water was only warm, fridge did not cool,room smelled like smoke,no secondary lock on door, no weather stripping on door, wake up call 20 minutes late.

The office staff was terrible. Had perpaid trip and they tried charging me again. Thanks to AARP I was able to be refunded. Then at check out time they did not want to give the deposit back for keys when they were returned. Our rental car got dented 2 days in a row in the parking lot at the hotel. I will never stay here again.

Fast, friendly employees. Beds are hard as rocks! Towels are tiny and thin. Decent hotel for the cost. Clean and everything works correctly. The free coffee in the rooms and main office is nice.

Here are the good points about this hotel Friendly Staff, Rules and Regulations, Night patrols, and somewhat of a quiet area. BAD POINTS It took them awhile to check me in, usually you shouldn't mess with the computer while checking someone in. I had holes in the blankets, sheets, and pillows cases. When I went to my room it smells like smoke and I saw signs for the second floor is non-smoking. One of the employees was carrying a firearm. I'm wonder if this place is safe or not? Lots of traffic during the night next door of my room. Hearing people outside talk about drugs. And they walked into the room all by itself. So I'm wondering if they go by their own rules and regulations? But I don't think I will never come back to this place at all.

First of all, I found this place cause all the hotels was full. When I got there the staff was friendly. The only problem that I had with the staff, I felt unsafe cause he had a FIREARM on his back. Makes me wonder if this place get robbed alot or it's really unsafe area. But anyways, I love the rules and regulations there. They were strict and very clear that this hotel don't take any crap from anyone. The beds were not that great, the room smelled really bad. I was on the second floor and I see signs everywhere that there is no smoking but the room did smell like smoke. When I got up in the morning, there was TONS of ants everywhere, so I see they don't really take good care of the hotel. There was holes in the blankets, sheets and pillow cases. The room had stains on the walls, the paint seems to be faded, the door frame looked like someone broke into before. I felt unsafe and the place is totally not well kept up. The internet was not working at all during the night. MY VERDICT = Never again to stay there ever, Rather stay in my vehicle instead.
