It was easy to find, in a good place. The breakfast was good, and it was quiet and peacefull. The only thing we did not like was that the elevator was broken and my husband and I cannot be going up and down the stairs. Elevators should be something that should be fix immediatelly.

Nothing, except location. Cleanliness, service, lobby and common areas. Even lobby had a smell of tobacco. Parking lot was full of trailer and other king of vehicles we were not used to see at other hotels. Swimming pool was dirty and was filled with a hose while we were swimming there the first day. Towels were small and old and did not dry properly, beds were okay.

I was very impressed with this hotel overall. The hotel itself was older, but clean and it was under renovation. The customer service was fantastic. There was a problem with our TV and we told the front desk as we left for the morning. By the afternoon it had been replaced. They offered a full hot breakfast (which was very good) as well. For the value and location it was most certainly great! I would definitely stay here again.

A delightful surprise - great location, terrific staff, quiet and pleasant pool surroundings (pool could have been cleaner), best free breakfast I have encountered. Microwave and fridge in the room. Great value!

Close to airport. Bugs, noise, mildew, filth. I felt unsafe and unclean. I couldn't sleep for the noise and smell.

This "hotel" was difficult to locate. When called, the staff could not provide directions and had to ask somebody else where they were. When pulling up, there are several derelict businesses adjacent, the parking lot was dirty and not well lit. I did not feel safe. The floors and carpeting were filthy, as was the elevator. The room was small, dark and gross. The door would not lock properly, so they only "security" was the flip lock. I hardly slept. The ceiling was falling in over the tub, and the light fixture was broken out. Black mold was in the bathroom, and the walls were several different colors, as if they began to paint, and decided to stop halfway through the job. There was hair in the bedding that did not belong to my daughter or I. Icky! I have to say the place needs a thorough scrubbing, new floorings, wall repairs, and sanitary assistance (i.e., clorox rinse). If it had not been nearly midnight, and had we not already paid in full, we would have left to find anything else. The pool was a very nasty dark green. Certainly not useable by people. It needs to be drained and cleaned or filled in with dirt. Do not go there with an expectation to use the pool.

Facility maintenance is poor. Badly needs a face lift and some maintenance.

A bed to sleep in. Water pressure was horrible, breakfast was awful!

While I certainly wasn't expecting a top notch hotel, I was nonetheless very disappointed. The bathroom had cracked and peeling caulking around the tub that was covered in mold. The metal cover to the tissue holder was falling off the wall and rusted. An electrical outlet in the wall was missing a cover. Even in a budget priced hotel I would expect a higher level of cleanliness and safety.

First, if you are at all sensitive to noise either get a room facing the back or forget this place. Second, the rooms have been redone fairly well, good carpet, surprisingly decent beds and decor, etc. Third, the lobby and the hallways look like a pack of wild monkeys had a scratching contest. Also like the carpet remnants guy had lots of short lengths of the worlds ugliest samples that he donated to a charity but somehow wound up here.

We made them open three rooms and decided to leave. The rooms smelled like urine, they were dirty and exerice room was a joke. No cheap price is worth this! We immediately checked out and asked for a refund!

Though the hotel personnel was very courteous, the hotel is undergoing a complete overhall, with dust, noise associated with patching and repainting. The swimming pool was not operational. My room had asink to was hardly attached to the wall.

The property is not new. Surprisingly, it has everything, even though the maintenance can be improved. Good value.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay down the street from 6th st then this is the place to stay. 2 things i think they need to work on is that on the last day the toilet stopped working and we told them to fix it and no one never showed and that you can't have guest after 11pm. That is good in a way but if you are a party goer like me then that can be a bit of a problem but over all it's a cool place.
