I have never stayed at a super 8 and never will again. I paid for 2 rooms 143.00. My dad passed away so i was there for a funeral. The front desk was horrible, no one there at night, they only talk to you on an intercom. The ice machine was broke and the top part was not screwed in and it fell on my sisters head and hurt her. The man did mot apologize until 1 hr later. I called the front desk for a wake up call at 6, never received call The pool was out of order The breakfast buffet was a joke. Nothing like the picture. Just a loaf of bread for you to help yourself and some muffins and coffee. We were near the railroad and we heard the train all night honking it's horn. My room was not clean when i checked in, so they gave me another room. My sister's toilet did not work. When i was asked for ice this lady pulled a back out of an ice box. Banged it on the floor and said how much do you want. It was not broken up. This is the worst Motel i had ever stayed in! Oh yes, i could not use my lap top either, you could not get on the internet. I would really like my money back.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were nasty even a fish could not swim in it. Great bed, but the rest was lacking and the pool was so dirty. I do not think it has ever been cleaned and it is an indoor pool.

Nothing. Everything. The hotel was filthy and that is being kind. Imagine my surprise when I got in the shower and discovered an opened bar of soap and hairs in the soap dish. My daughter was scared to take her shoes off the carpet was so dirty.

Location was convenient. The air conditioner leaked and the room had a smell. Staff was efficient and polite, location was good for the drive to Texas A&M game. Room was not as tidy as I expected. Air conditioner leaked and the room had an odor.

It has an elevator. Many trains were going by. The incredibly bad service. The train tracks are about 1/4 mile away and fairly busy. This is really nice if you like the sound of trains. The carpet in my room was sticky, the towels were scratchy and had holes, the bathroom light didn't work, the coffee maker leaked badly and the toilet didn't work properly. The water is brown. The woman at the desk assigned us a room with many problems and refused to allow us to change. She ignored requests for repairs/replacements. The young man who got the coffee maker and replaced the bathroom light was very nice and helpful - I was lucky he came by after the woman left the room as she apparently had no intention of assisting me. Though the location was fairly convenient to the place I was going and was near a good restaurant I will definitely stay elsewhere next trip.

It was quiet. The staff and the elevator did not work. If you want quiet and away from everything this is great but you have to put up with dead headed staff and broken down equipment.

The coffee was very good! The pool was out of order. Bugs in lights fixtures, holes in drapes, pool out of order, hallways smelled badly, never saw the desk clerk unless I rang the bell. Other than that it was nice I guess.

It was easy to find & the staff was nice. The floors were extremely dirty in the room & the sheets didn't fit the bed. The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly but the hotel itself was not clean. The floor in the room was so dirty that our shoes stuck to it when we walked & we wouldn't dare go barefoot. The bath room was clean enough that I felt okay showering in there. The bed in our room was a king size bed. The sheet that was supposed to the fitted was just a flat sheet and did not properly fit the bed which didn't make for a very comfortable sleeping situation.

The convenience to the family reunion we were attending. The room was not what we had requested. The biggest problem that I had was a non smoking king room. It took my some requesting what I had originally requested for me to get the correct room. They did not want to help me any way. I could not have used a king room as I had my grand daughter with me.

Location. Brown water. When we came to check in, they did not have any hot water and an alarm was going off. The clerk said someone was on the way and we should wait and check in later when they were sure they would have hot water. When we came back later they had hot water and we checked in. The water in our tub and in the pool was brown. Could be just the local water supply.

I was a little worried about it being rated star, but was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. The pool was out of order.
