The worst experience "EVER" The rooms looked clean and well kept from pictures online, little did we know. When we arrived I took my 2yr olds shoes off as well as mine and within 10 minutes I notice my son's socks were black and the bottom of my feet were as well. The carpets are filthy and it looked like there had been a leak sometime from the roof because the ceilings had water damage. which causes mold over time. So, that made me wonder how long it has been like that. The associates were rude and the men associates were creepy! If you want to stay in Show Low this is not a recommended place to stay, if you do stay there bring 20 cans of lysol, wear shoes and protection...the men are CREEPY!

We stayed there for 1 night only, the room was FILTHY and the fan in the bathroom was so NOISY that anytime you used the bathroom and turned on the light the fan is attached and is SO NOISY, waking up anyone who is sleeping. Beds were very uncomfortable and linen was dingy and there wasn't even a fitted sheet on the beds! It was dirty and horrible, don't stay here! It is not worth the money.

It was very good for traveling with our dog for the first time. It was very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but adequate for our needs and we were able to bring our dog with us which was a big help.

Everything was as I expected except for the breakfast. Stale donuts and old coffee were not what I expected for my continental breakfast.

This hotel is good for the amount of money you spend. However, upon check- in the people there speak little english and it took longer to check in. Other then that it was just ok.

Good hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. The published breakfast is not worth the time. The hotel was good for themoney and at the St. John end of town.

At previous visits under old ownership I was always dissatisfied. New owners have remodeled and made welcome improvements although staff management is the same.
