Very nice, quite and clean place close to all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff,Wi-Fi works well, safe place to rest. We will visit this place whenever we visit maine and definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Immaculate, comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay in this motel again. The staff was very friendly, the room was a good size and most of all it was extremely clean and fresh. There was a small cozy outside sitting area near the stairs on the second level and each room on the first level has a bench outside their door.

I was totally satisfied with my stay (and the very reasonable price) at America's Best Value Inn. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable bed, and able to get work done on wireless internet.

This was a wonderful experience for me. I'm very fussy about cleanliness and smells. In the past in other hotels I've had my non smoking room smell very much like an ashtray BUT this room smelled very nice and clean--fresh air coming in the open windows. The owners were very friendly and helpful with directions etc. Nothing fancy--No major amenities like pools, spa or workout rooms but definitely served my needs for a clean, quiet, and restful experience. I was here to work a 3 day per deim in an office 2.5 hrs from my home. I would defin. stay again and have already recommended this fabulous place to many I've met.

The beds were uncomfortable and dirty. My body was itching like crazy after sleeping on them. The room was small. Internet connection was bad. There was no dinning room to serve breakfast to guests.

Friendly, helpful and clean. No pool or restaurant. A short drive to downtown Portland and Old Orchard Beach. Hotel was clean and room was nicely appointed.

I used Americas Best Value Inn Scarborough for my recent stay in Portland Area, however this time my selection turned out to be great.Place is kept nice and clean which is also close to Shopping, Beaches. They have excellent landscaping.
