Sheets did not seem clean,not attractive,smelly,everything about the hotel. I want to forget that I went there.

The room I stayed in was suppose to be a suite. I guess if you call a room with Double beds, small fridge with microwave sitting on top of fridge a suite. I was very disappointed with it. I will never stay at this type of Inn again.

the hotel itself was clean & quiet but there was no safe parking for the rooms in the front of the hotel (which we had one of.)we were basically parking in the parking lot of the mexican restaurant that is on the same property.when we asked for extra towels to bathe with the management made a big issue of the fact that we had towels. there were 4 of us & 3 large towels!!!!!we make several trips a year to san antonio & will not use this hotel again!!!

Quiet. Very bad location. I was a bit worried when I drove up to the motel and found it tucked away in a bad neighborhood. The stay was ok, but I was worried about my safety and my family's. I will not stay at this hotel again.

America's Best Value Inn provided a clean environment, excellent staff service, and friendly tips on what to do while visiting San Antonio. The location was excellent for travel time to Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, and downtown to the Alamo, Riverwalk, and Tower of Americas. The room smelled clean, the bath was clean, the air conditioner worked great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

America's Best value Inn was a very clean place to stay. The owner/manager was more than helpful. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Easy in and out on to Loop 410. I would recommend this to a friend. No pool but they do have a large hot tub.

Best Value Inn is not in great location and I doubt that you can't except as high calss hotel with this price. It has a great room survice, can clean your room even twice a day. Towel, soap has been repleced every day. There were differnt kinds of resturant around there. Mid way between riverwalk and seaworld. I am quite satisfied with what I paid for.

I was really suprised at the value of the room. I expected a lot less for what I wa paying. The rooms were decorated in an elegant manner. There were lots of resuraunts near by/walking distance too.I really liked the fact that we were only 8min. away from downtown/riverwalk and only 5min. from the Lake. We were able to go to events in a timely manner at both locations.
