The Americas Best Value Inn is a charming two story facility which offers 70 spacious guest rooms and two suites. The location was good. The room was very small. It was an average hotel, compared with some of the other prices with other rooms we have had this was not comparableto those rates and the quality of the room, luck of the draw and we know that going in.

The room were clean and very comfortable.My Son & his wife were in room # 100 they said it was the nicest room they ever had. We willbe sure to go here again,we realy enjoy our stay.

There were not safety locks on the door. My room smelled like perm and the manager was rude when I told him my air conditioner was not working proper. I'm not sure this hotel should be given any stars. The staff was rude, not having a safety lock on the door was scary, my air conditioning unit wasn't working properly, and my room stunk like someone had given themselves a perm.

The room was really clean it looked like they had just put new carpet in. I think the other review may have been before they did some work at the hotel. I will stay again next time I am in Salina.

The two rooms we saw did not look anything like the ones we viewed on line. The one we stayed in was adequate:the shower was good,cleanliness satisfactory, the hanging space cramped, plug-ins away from the sink hard to access, lighting dim. Sidewalk and parking was directly in front of the room.

The roof didn't leak. It smelled. I didn't have high expectations, and it's a good thing! When I opened the door to the room I was greeted by an awful smell. It was pretty run down but the staff is helpful. I was only in the room for few hours but I couldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were unkempt, and smelled. The bed was horrible. The building and grounds were dirty, falling apart, had construction materials just strewn around the pathways. The man at the front desk was unbelievably rude, mean, and ignorant. He made very derogatory and discriminatory comments to me and tried to ask me personal questions. When I told him I wanted to leave he said I couldn't, which further enhanced the horror-movie environment of this place. I finally called the Days Inn of Salina and threw my keys down to the man at the desk and left. I highly recommend the Days Inn.

I was traveling alone so I thought I had booked a motel with inside access. However, this is a old remodeled motel court from the 50's with exterior doors on one level. The doors were paper thin with only one lock. The air conditioner did not work and the room was hot. Other wise, the motel was spotless and staff was friendly.

Nothing. No deadbolt on the door. This hotel is not good for women traveling alone. There was no deadbolt on the door, and the door had a gap in it letting cold air in all night. It is an old hotel, so there are several arms to it, and it was pretty dark in some places. I do not recommend it to any travelers.

the Americas Best Value Inn in Salina was very comfortable, the room was average size, with a large, very comfy bed. the mini fridge came in handy for our beverages for in the morning. everything was convienantly placed in the room. I especially liked the fact that they allow pets, as we sometimes have to take our 2 dogs with us. The location was very good, not right by where we needed to go, but just a couple miles down the road, no map requirerd to find our destination.

Right in the middle of Salina, plenty of things to do and eat. Outdated but it was clean and quite. Was worried about this place, but it worked fine. Stayed a extra day and would recommend if your not looking to get spoiled

Outdated, holes in the wall in the room, hotel was empty and they didn't want to give me a double, they did, but they also charged me extra. There were holes in the wall, they didn't want to give me a double even though they were almost completely empty, and they gave me a double but charged me extra for it. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was lit up like day, even with the curtains. There were safety concerns because the electronic door locks did not work right and you had to play with the card to get in, the faucet drain was leaking, toilet seat broken, curtains did not darken the room at all and were barely hanging on the wall.

Quite neighborhood. Old and run down. Its okay nothing spectacular. Needs some remodeling though new stuff isnt a bad idea. Comfortable enough but just not clean clean.

Adequate facilities conveniently located, reasonably clean. Good shower pressure and a clean tub-shower. The room was well used and somewhat tired in appearance. The bed sagged in the middle somewhat, but not enough to deprive me of a good night's sleep. Totally adequate for a through traveler, and as one could reasonably expect.
