it was ot what i expected at all. This was a sedy motel in Rumsford, RI, not where close to providence like I expected

The desk staff was very personable and quick to respond to the bell. The room conditions were less than stellar. It was clean but shabby. This hotel is a good economic stay and not far from convention areas. However, the room was small and could have used some minor repairs. The room service was done promptly and thoroughly. I would not recommend it as a romantic hideaway but for travelers on a budget, it is a good choice and the staff was very nice.

the room was not clean,dirty ashtrays, cobwebs all over, there was a nail on thebathroom floor,and the metal threshhold strip from the bathroom floor came out,the sheets had cigarette holes in them.never again will i go there ..nasty.....

We expect the kitchen and kitchenware, but there's only a small microwave. No plate, no stove.

It was close to where we needed to be and helpful though we were late arriving.

This motel is close to the airport, but we were never bothered with noise.Exercise equipment is awesome! State of the art! Housekeeping was great! Many restaurants close by, so never needed to call taxi. The only draw back is no pool or hot tub. Will no doubt stay here again!

It was housing for low income (local) city people. The run-down nature of the structure coupled with loud TV's throughout the night and a lack of security in a low rent section was not appealing.

Clean, inexpensive. Staff couldn't speak English so it was hard to communicate. A pleasant, clean and inexpensive motel on main road; easily accessible. Language barrier of staff was a slight obstacle, but we were able to work around it.
