Needed a clean quiet room to sleep in, since we were there for a Rally. We did not intend to spend time in the room. Creepy neighborhood. Pool would make a great science experiment--no way it will be ready for 2009 season! Second room we got at least the door key worked and the water would shut off. Never go back there again, and would not suggest it. Really liked the mexican bakery up the block. EXCELLENT!!

Mostly clean, could've been better; no type of breakfast though which was a downer. No breakfast; not quite clean enough but ok. It worked and I have seen worse. Ok stay, mostly clean, no breakfast bar or anything else.

We got what we paid for. My husband and I went to the razorback game and didn?t want to drive back so late at night. It was a cheap place to stay and it showed. The room had old warn out bed & bedding. There were stains on the carpet and on the bath towels. There was a microwave and a mini refrig but no alarm clock or hair dryer. Over all it put a roof over our heads and a warm place to try and sleep.

Book according to ad. Wanted a pool - indoor - and jacuzzi to relax in after days events. When checked in he informed us that there was not - outdoor pool was still partically covered and green water in it even thou was in ad for that motel. Sinck kept leaking all day and night, toilet kept running unless you went back and shook handle, door key quit working two days later and would not let us back in room. Too strong of deordorizer used - anyone wiht allergies could not have stayed here!!! Train that went by loud, location was not in the best of area.

The building was partially demolished, parking lot was stained with oil/grease and weeds were growing up through the sidewalk.The man behind the counter said he was just filling in for someone and he did not have a position with the hotel.I did not feel safe and cancelled the reservation. Refund is in litigation.

Paid by credit card when checking in. When returning keys upon leaving, said the rate had to be increased. Manager unavailable at check out and has refused to return phone calls.

This is by far the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. It was so bad that we took the blankets off the bed and laid our dirty clothes down and slept on top of them. It was horrible. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling.

We were afraid to use the bathroom, mold everywhere, dirty, stains, old, very noisy (we could here people talking all night) They wouldn't cancel our reservation with 4 days notice, not even the 2nd night. Staff was rude, manager unavailable. Very unpleasant experience. Won't ever stay at this ""chain"" again.
