I paid alot more by making a reservation. When we arrived there was a banner out front stating that one or two persons was significantly cheaper than I had paid. I tried to find out how much the room I stayed in went for to a person off the street without a reservation (on Fathers' Day weekend)and they would not tell me. I expressed that I thought I had been ripped off. Tweakers roaming the parking lot, I would advise anyone with a family to stay somewhere else.

Fridge and microwave in room. Pretty inexpensive. Dirty carpet, no TV remote.

Stayed here on 04/02/09 Great location and even greater value makes this a very decent place to stay. The property is very clean and they have huge swimming pool! The rooms are clean and come equipped with microwave/mini fridge and plenty of towels and the bottom level is very accessible for people with disabilities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and there is a restaurant/lounge right on the property. Also downtown for shopping and nightlife is an easy 4 to 6 block walk. Overall will defiantly stay again!

The attendants that work at this hotel are extremely rude. I have never been treated this rude in my life. My family and I were moving from texas to oregon and decided to stay at this hotel because it was a hotel that accepted animals. THe woman working the front desk was extremely rude and when asked to speak to a manager she refused. She didn't seem to care whether or not the hotel received paying costumers. She was very unknowledgeable and treated my family and I with complete and straight out disrespect. We ended up canceling the reservation and will never stay there.

The accomodations were average to okay. I was traveling to Shasta Caves, so location was good. I have stayed at this hotel before. For basic overnight sleeping and resting needs it is fine.

Good TV choices. Comfortable beds. Reasonably clean. Initiallyroomwasn't cleaned. Walls are pretty thin, so bring ear plugs. Room was clean and beds were reasonable comfortable. Pillows are pretty flat so best to bring your own if you can. Breakfast is minimal, cereal, Danish, juice and coffee.

I liked the fact that every room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The staff in the front office are very nice with good customer service.

The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like I was going to slide off the bed as I slept. Overall the room was run down and pretty junky. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

As soon as I walk into the hotel lobby/receptionist area I hear the attendant on duty tell someone on the phone a current rate. That rate happened to be $5 less than what I had booked online. When I asked why the difference she told me, "if you call us you get a lower rate, the internet rate is higher." Second at 4am, I awake to the sounds of someone pounding on the door of a room a few doors down. The attendant comes out, after I call, and gets them to quite down. Eventually the noise stopped. Then in the morning I ask for a late checkout because of the marathon I'm running that day and I get a "no!" So I pay for a higher rate, get woken up at 4am (instead of 6am) and I ask for an extra 30 minutes to check out and I get no love. So bottom line, I stayed an hour after checkout and wasn't charged anything or maybe it was spite or maybe it was me asking the cleaning crew if I could stay and they had no problem with the delay.

It was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. It smelled of smoke in the non-smoking room. I got lost for one hour in the one-way streets in the area it! This economy motel is centrally located. It is well kept up, safe, the staff is friendly, and my mattress was comfortable. However, my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, you can see through the Kleenex, and the shower faucet needed to be replaced.

We spent 10 days in 4 different motels during our recent trip. Three of these were booked through online travel website. The other two met our expectations. This was the cheapest, but by far the worst. The room was fairly clean (although the bed sheets were put on inside out), but the bed was VERY noisy. Every time you shifted, it would creak loudly. The TV screen was 1/4 blue, and the high-speed internet/cable outlet was pulled out of the wall. The AC was very noisy, and did not seem to work very well. The room had chipped walls, which had been covered in some places with non-matching paint. We did not get much sleep that night. An older motel (which is OK) that is very run-down (which is not OK).

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, including third world countries. It was in terrible shape including holes patched in the wall. Dirty foot prints in the bath tub and chewed finger nails on the carpet. It smelled terrible. We checked out early.

The location was convenient to get to parks. Even for a one star hotel they are need to work on there accommodations presentation.

we were excited about the prospect of a family room at such a great rate. Tammy; the person who booked us was very friendly. However, when we arrived, the sink and tub had hair in them, the toilet was dirty and had lint on the top, the light cover in the bathroom was off, and the sink faucet was dirty. I spoke with Tammy in the a.m. about the room and she gave us a discount. having a pack & play available for families would be a plus.

The motel was a little under par for the money. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft enough for your head and neck. I would probably look for a motel closer to I 5 next time as there were a lot of them around. Hope I was helpful to someone.

The hotel was not what I was expecting. I did not like the fact it was so far off of Highway 99 and the room was run down and dingy. It smelled of smoke for a non-smoking room. The drapes were hard to make sure they were closed and I was concerned about the security. I will not stay there again. I expected a 3 star and got barely a one.

Can't think of anything. No internet service. Lousy continental breakfast.

We arrived late and had no problem quickly checking in. Room was nice. Shower could have been cleaner and hot water took a while to heat up. Overall it was good for the price.
