The Best Value Inn was comfortable, reasonably priced and was centrally located to all the locations we wanted to visit. I made a good home base.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The location was great.

the website said heated outdoor pool. The pool was freezing when we went in. The plumbing in our room was terrible and we had to switch rooms at 8p.m. and were put in a handicap room which was very small with a playpen needing to be set up and the water coming from the shower head felt like it was tearing your skin off. We won't go back.

Woman at front desk actually took time to write out turn by turn directions for me. No indoor pool, but I had to nitpick to find something wrong.GREAT Hotel. Clean rooms, great price, easy to find. Once again, I was blown away to have a hotel employee take time to write down turn by turn directions for me!

Good value for your money. The hotel had added additional amenities (ie hot tub) within former hotel rooms, so you had to request a key to use some of these features. It was an interesting format. Breakfast buffet was large but rather crowded at the time that we stayed, so we only tried the buffet 1 of 2 days. While the room where we stayed was smoke-free and no odor, the hotel hallway did have a strong cigarette odor. Overall, the hotel staff was very kind and service-focused. They try very hard to maintain a good hotel. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, so we were able to dine out after a long day of travel.

The location was just off of I-90 and easy to find.

The continental breakfast was the best part of our whole stay. The staff at the check in counter were very pleasent and helpful. The cleaning crew, very nice. Our room was dark and small. the bathroom to tiny for tall people. Location was good. Restaurants close by and near a shopping area. once you got passed the front lobby the atmosphere was old and dingy.

Comfortable beds. The up charge for no reason. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However the up charge for a non smoking room.

A pleasant surprise with a small fridge and microwave. Nearby mall shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. An excellent value!

It had a refrigerator and microwave as well as continental breakfast. The shower curtains were stale. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. We could not have had a better hotel even if we had stayed at a higher scale motel. It actually had more amenities that one higher scale motel we had stayed in previously.

The pool was all right. Need better staff, who knows way around as is in a well visited part of the nation for travelers. As stated above. As well when asked for 2 queen beds in each room told it would be $20.00 more.
