I visited my grand kids whom I took to the pool. We had a good time! There were other families with their children. The motel was quite and has a comfortable atmosphere. The motel staff were friendly.

Bed was great. Breakfast-no attendant in sight. Breakfast was cereal which was empty, toaster but no bread. Consisted of buns with sausage and egg patties to be warmed in micro-wave. Went on to Lake Havasu but stayed at Super 8.

There was nothing terribly wrong with this place, but it was not so appealing that I'd deliberately choose it over the nearby Days Inn or Super 8. I visit a grandson in Prescott Valley 5-6x per year, and stay in one of those three just for the proximity to his place. The smallish room was clean, but things are starting to need maintenance that's evidently been deferred. The heater needed to be unplugged, because it would not turn off otherwise. Plugging it back in was a pain, because it's one of those places where the painters just slopped paint all over the receptacles. The wall paint was also peeling around the tub and shower combo. No mold or other ugly stuff, though. Also, as I think someone else mentioned, the walls are pretty thin. Voices at any volume above normal conversation in the rooms can be heard in the hallways, if anyone cares to listen that closely. I don't, but I see how that could bother some people.

The staff here was very friendly. However, when we checked in we were told our room was ready when it wasn't. We said we would go to lunch and come back. When we returned over an hour later, it still wasn't serviced. I made the beds myself. The pool was very cold. When we went for breakfast in the morning, the floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. Not very appetizing if you ask me. We paid for the night of July 4 which wasn't bad, but given the option, we won't stay here again.

The America's Best Value Inn of Prescott Valley was better than I had expected for a reasonably priced motel. The staff was very accommodating, fixing a small problem I had with my room immediately. The room was quiet and comfortable. The complementary continental breakfast was a bit less extensive than at some other places I have stayed, but was fresh and acceptable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The indoor pool was nice. It was very cold outside. There was 6 old AC units, 2 roll aways in the hallway. This was a clean economy room. It was nice to have an indoor pool with the cold weather outside. I would stay here again. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Easy access from freeway. Clean rooms. Nice staff. good value

The hotel is a budget hotel, we got what we paid for. The continental breakfast has much to be desired. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

We liked the location. Construction was going on - it was not noisy, but cluttered looking. This is a no frills hotel. Their signage was off-putting: extra charge for animals, animals left unattended will be sent to the animal shelter and the owners asked to leave immediately. Things could have been stated in a more positive manner. Breakfast was almost non-existent. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable.

Great value!! I was leary about the one star rating, but the reviews didn't lie. This was a very nice hotel - rooms are big and CLEAN, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice surprise - sausage, english muffins, etc. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Very Disappointing... not very clean... smelled bad... Very run down...The front desk help was ok, just not overly friendly. Definitely would not stay there again. Breakfast was from 6-9 and by the time I got there at 8:00 there was nothing left and no evidence of anyone stocking the breakfast foods. Now I see why the other hotels in the area were booked.

The whole room was nice and clean for the price. We asked for our heater to be fixed because our room was cold since it was fall time and it never was. When we went there was not a lot of people staying there so it felt more comfortable and private. The room was nice for the price but we could have used a bit more room for our child to walk around in. The staff was friendly except for the one incident when they never fixed our heater. It was located in a good location.

We went to Prescott for the night and the kids wanted to swim. Not many of the other hotels had indoor pools

The hotel was adequate for a bargain value, but less than stellar. No iron in the room. The iron I got from the front desk had material melted to the bottom. It was not usable. The rooms and halls were very hot. I will not return.

Microwave andsmall refrigerator. Small rooms and broken telephone.

Walls paper thin, making it very hard to sleep! Not much they can do to change know, but sound proofing would have been nice when building this place.

THe America's Best Value motel was clean, and a good value for the money. We were disappointed with the free Continental breakfast. I didn't think we expected much but it would have been nice if the items were laid out in a more inviting manner and if there was enough food for even those guests who arrived a mere 10 minutes before 9 AM.

Hotel was very clean considering age of hotel. The hotel is in a good location, not noisy at all. The room and hotel was very clean considering the age of the building. Staff is very nice and hospitable.

Internet access. The rooms where pretty beat up. The rooms had holes in walls, lobby was cluttered. Breakfast was very scarce.

"My husband and I had to go to Prescott Arizona for a funeral. After stopping at 11 different motels and finding them all sold out, our friends found a vacancy here online. We were very happy with this motel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were suprised by all the amenities this motel offered for the very reasonable price."
