I was very unhappy about my stay and I only stayed for 30 minutes because I didn't like the room and I just felt like it was unclean.

Ease of check in. It was decent for what I paid for. The room was large and clean.

The listing states that the hotel has the following amenties: coffeemakers, AM/FM clock radios, iron/ironing boards, hairdryers and more. When I stayed I didn't have any of the above amenties including no hangers for my cloth, and when I requested them they said they don't have such items. The room itself was very filthy and wasn't vaccumm cleaned, also you can only get in the lobby if you are buzzed in, how safe does that make you feel. I had requested a smoking room, when checking into my room I found that it was a non-smoking room. They did move me to a smoking room. But since they never recorded the change around 1 AM someone was trying toi get in my room, only to find out that they double booked the room. The tissue holder was just one rusty mess that had no tissue anyway also the tub have a large rust hole on the outside towards the bottom that I filled with wash clothes incase some kind of animal would come through the hole. The Bed also had no blankets, just a sheet and a discussing Bedspread, is there a law about these accomdations.

It is a goog hotel at good value. I like the easy access and compared to other hotels I think it was the better one. People were freindly, and i got to use my wireless internet.

The room has bugs and the staff act like they dont care.The pool is so small you should call it a hot tub, but cold. Nothing offered in the office, no coffee, no internet, nothing. I will never stay there again, and do not recommend it to anyone unless it is the only thing you can find or afford.

Nothing. Should be torn down and forgotten about. This hotel has flat, thin pillows. When we asked for more pillows they said they did not have any. The TV did not have a remote and only 4 channels were clear. We saw ants on the wall. The toilet did not flush everything down even after 4 flushes, The room had no sheets for the hide-a-bed. When we asked for a sheet and mattress cover for the hide-a-bed, we were told they did not have extras. We seriously contemplated going to a different motel after the first night. I only give this motel a 1/2 star and that's because the air conditioning worked and the shower was very hot.

This place is good if you don't care what it looks like. I mean the place is good for how little you pay. But you definitely get what you pay for. So don't expect so much for how little you pay for the place.

The hotel looks newly renovated.The rooms looked nice and clean.The staff was nice and courteous.Everything was very great.I will be definatly coming back!

Nothing. Everything. Very dissatisfied with my stay! Located in a VERY unsafe neighborhood. Couldn't access the lobby, it was locked, was forced to use a side window. Also, toilet did not work and they refused to move us to a new room since we did not notice it within 5 minutes.

The America's Best Value Hotel was no value whatsoever! The place was so run down. The lights didn't work, the local channels on the t.v. did not work. The bathtub was nasty. The towels were ratty and almost see through. The location was scary. There were several discrepancies w/ the amenities: no blow dryer, no continental breakfast. I would never refer anyone to this place, and I will never go back.

It was cheap; I guess you get what you pay for! The hotel was old, dirty; the clerk was preoccupied with her kids and so on! This hotel was old, dirty, and unkept. The room smelled bad, the bath was dirty, the shower curtain dirty. The ironing board was totally broken, there was no iron, and the outside door would not close completely at the top. I had to talk over the desk clerks children in order to check in. The hotel was located in a less than nice area of town that seemed unsafe to me.

Easy to locate of f the highway. As I was leaving the porter did not knock and just came in not knowing if I was dressed or not. Although, the staff was helpful they made a mistake with my billing and had to credit my account.
