Coffee, tea, microwave, toaster, breads, fruit in the morning. Broken deadbolt, spotty internet access, housekeeping poor. Through countless ownerships, this establishment has come to where it is. Spotty Internet access. Housekeeping would keep taking my used cups, but never replacing them. They skipped me one day all together. Good 24 hour front desk, just knock on the window to wake him. The deadbolt on the door was broken, half missing. Cheap one star. Not worth the $58 a night I paid, certainly not the $62 they were getting on the outside. (Not much of a savings is it?)

We travel with our small dogs. When I mentioned that I had them, they immediately wanted $15 a day more for the pets. I showed them that there is nothing in their comments that this is required. The manager finally agreed and allowed us to stay this one time without the charge. The elevator to the second floor where we were put was not working correctly but it was immediately fixed by the manager (after we had all our things upstairs). The room was clean but not for the finicky person. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The continental breakfast was not satisfactory. The milk was warm and turning. The rolls were saturated with a liquid for the bottom 1/4 inch (from being defrosted I believe). The bed was comfortable and noise from the airport did not disturb us. We would not stay there again because of their unwritten pet policy.

room was dirty, black mold on shower curtain crusted milk on pitcher of milk on breakfast table terrible time trying to understand people at front desk. He was more interested in watching the TV than trying to do his job.

Not the best. The hotel wake up service didn't work. The shower was cold for some reason. The breakfast was ready before 5am however.

This hotel was not friendly at all. I got lost going to the hotel and called them to ask for help and the person who answered the phone said he couldn't help me. Me and my young children was lost for 3 hours. When we finally found the hotelat 1:00 am they still charge me full price for staying there for a total of 6 hrs.

I booked two nights in this filth hole. The only good thing about booking two nights is that I did not book 3 nights! From mold on the shower curtain, to patches of the sprayed textured ceiling coming loose, to the filthy shower and yes to the pee stained bed spread. Every time that I book a hotel, the first thing that I do upon entering the room is to remove the bed spread. I have never seen a more filthy bed spread than the one that was on the bed. Just horrible. I forgot to bring a pair of slippers, so the first night I walked around the room in my white athletic socks. As I was getting ready for bed, I looked at my socks and I could not believe how filthy they were due to the filthy carpet. So, based on my experience, I will never stay at this filth factory again. Just a complete nightmare.

Reasonablely priced hotel for one night stay. We used the airport shuttle which was excellent, both to the airport and when we returned to pick up our vehicles. We were able to leave our vehicle "free" parked on thehotel lot during our entire vacation to FL, 10 days, at no extra charge. The first room we were given, the A/C did not work, but the Front Desk Staff quickly gave us a new room. No pool, but for one night, it was well worth the money and hotel shuttle was great! There were 10 of us in our group and they got a shuttle for all of us and our luggage, both to and from the airport. Continental breakfast, which was cereal and toast, coffee and juices, was also included in the price. Would definitley stay again when flying out of pittsburgh airport.

I made my reservation with the travel website and was the only part of this trip that we good. We arrived at the hotel prior to attending a wedding. I had reserved 3 rooms one with a crib which was not there and management was not going to provide one until I stated we would leave. It came with no mattress or pad for my granddaughter to sleep on. it was very difficult to get my point across that a baby could not sleep without a pad. We used the blankets off the bed to cushion her so she could sleep. The rooms were newly painted and carpeted but were not cleaned and there were spiders and other bug in the rooms. My daughter got a few bits we think possibly fleas. Two of the three rooms reserved the air conditioning did not work. Again management had no idea how to fix so my husband checked the filters and they were both so dirty air could not flow through the filter. He took them out and one started working but the other did not. It was a very uncomfortable night for my son and his wife since the weather was very hot in the upper 80's that weekend. Their advertisement state they was an airport shuttle which worked out well, but it did not state that we had to pay an additional per day for each car that was left at the hotel. At that point we paid it because we had plans to leave for a 7 day vacation and it was a little bit less than airport long term. The hotel is located close enough to the airport to get the plane noise. I do not believe we got our moneys worth.

It was fine. We stayed there the nigth before our flight because they offer parkign with shuttle service and that is very handy and cheaper than airport parking.

Great value, great location to airport, free shuttle to airport. Ice machine was broken. Great value, try the Indian restaurant across the street for a great meal. The airport shuttle was punctual, and free!

The price was very good but I think an extra $20 would have been well worth it to stay somewhere else. We needed to fly out of PIT airport and be there at 4:30 a.m.. The shuttle the hotel had didn't start until 5:00 a.m.. That created some challenges for us to get to the aiport on time. The rooms didn't seem very clean but I guess could have been worse. The front desk guy was friendly and nice but didn't seem to be able to help much with our getting to the airport the next morning. It could have been worse but it also could have been much better.

I would rather sleep in the car than stay at this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever been in....rooms wer filled with mildew, son had numerous bug bites all over that made the rest of the trip miserable for him, had two rooms both were the same quality with mold and mildew in shower. I would not stay here for free

While the hotel is in need of renovations, the room was clean and the people were friendly. We weren't staying long (late check in and an early flight out), so the price and location were perfect. We decided to leave our car at the hotel while we were gone (4/ day) which eliminated the hassle of airport parking. The airport shuttle service was fast, convenient, and it picked us up at the airport when we returned. We had a good experience and it served our needs, but I would hesitate to recommend it to the finicky traveler or families traveling with young children. Based on our (small) room, I doubt it would be able to comfortably accommodate the extra luggage involved with travelling with small children (strollers, pack and plays, toys, etc...).
