Very stingy with towels, ice machine was broke not fixed while we were there.

This was one of our hotels during a two week road trip through California, Arizona, Utah & Nevada. It was a bit below average. Rooms were ok, standard Motel style. Most important for us: it was mostly clean. Positive was the low noise for this kind of a building.

this is a great place for the money, it is off the main drag but managed well, and the service and staff are great.

Noisy, dirty, loud, and small.

The people running and working at the hotel are absolutely fantastic. I would stay there again. Idid not like the quality of the maintainence.

This facility makes its value by deferring maintenance. If you don't mind loose, almost inoperable door handles; poorly flushing toilets, and burned out and unreplaced light bulbs, this place is for you. I called and asked to have the bathroom light bulb replaced and the front desk clerk said, "II'll have to find a light bulb." I never heard back from anyone during our two-day stay about the complaint. (The bulb came back on by itself -- yet another worrisome lack of maintenance -- so we didn't have to shower in the dark.) Several screws that attached the security lock to the door and door frame were visibly loose. We tried to tighten them ourselves, rather than impose on the hotel staff.

nice place for a older hotel

Before staying at the Americas Best Value Inn in Page, we read negative comments about it. We however had no problems and were pleasantly surprised in regards to cleanliness and comfort.

Cheap, nice location. Run down, can be cleaner.

The breakfast. The office did not open early enough for the people a lot were waiting for the office to open. Had an open sign in the window but was closed. A lot of us had to leave and had to go elsewhere to eat. By the time it opened a lot of people were gone.I guess was a way to save on food and money.

The air conditioner did not work the first night. The temperature was a 100 degrees outside.

The room we had was very small. They did not have the AC on upon arrival and the room was like an oven and took several hours before it was comfortable. The refrigerator had been turned off - again taking it hours to cool things off. The sheets and bedspread were worn and stained. The furniture was old.

Good price. Continental breakfast was very marginal. My experience was about what I expected for a budget hotel. The room was reasonable. The carpet was not very clean. The continental breakfast was a joke with a loaf of bread and dry cereal. There was no place to sit down to eat. Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay for a one night budget experience.

It was clean, manager was pleasant. Continental breakfast was a joke. Room was tiny and old furnishings. This really is an economy motel. Continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal and a loaf of white Wonder bread! Coffee with creamora. But it was clean and the staff was pleasant.

I was happy that we had wife access. The walls were terribly thin and we heard everything going on around us. There was no elevator so we had to drag suitcases up the stairs. The walls were very thin and we were disturbed by neighbors all night long. This was an off season, but they seemed to have so much tourist business that perhaps they don't care about providing services. The beds were better than I had expected.

The motel was very easy to find off the main road one block. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. This hotel is a nice stay for a short amount of time. It had cable TV, a fridge, and a microwave.

TV with plenty of channels. Location was hard to find and very noisy with no early coffee. I find that the service was minimal, and would not stay here again.

Good position, quiet. Bathrooms old. A good hotel if you don't have specific needs. Good location, just one block from the main street. As a couple, we wanted a king size bed, but they don't have any (in the entire motel). Were given a two queens bedroom, ended up sleeping in one. Fridge and microwave oven are a nice addition.
