The owner/manager is a very rude person. He does not treat his customers like customers. There was blood on my pillow. There was MOLD in the shower. When this was brought to managements attention he yelled and pointed his finger at me. the pool had a greenish tint to the water. And the way he talked to his employees was less than respectfull. DO NOT give this man you business. there are other hotels within walking range of this one that treat you like a guest in there home.

the room did not have the 2 queen beds as was sold to us, the room wasn't cleaned and towels were not replaced

Quiet, convinent. Construction in front of hotel. Hard to access. Rooms smell. Beds are very comfortable.

additional charge for extra person when booked a room with 2 beds and only 2 staying. was booking a hotel for springfield and it was 10 miles away

Clean rooms; friendly housekeeper. Noise; pool was not ready for customers; checking in problems. The hotel was cheap, but there were many other customers that were extremely loud and rude. No attempt was made by any staff to control the atmosphere. I would not stay at this hotel again especially if traveling with children.

Neat, clean, well insulated against noise and temperature. The enterence to the motel was difficult to see due to construction. What was set out as a conteniental breakfast was very short of the mark. Accomodations were well kept, room was neat & clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful in providing directions that were needed. No noise from outside to disturb sleeping.

It was quiet, not allot of children staying. It was a great value. NA It is a place to stay if your not wanting allot of amenities. If you are just wanting a clean room and clean bed, perfect.
