The receptionist was nice at check-in. and the motel was convenient. The room was not very clean nor up to date, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and we booked a room with a King bed. However, we were greatly disappointed on how not clean the room was. My husband worked in Branson, MO at 4 motels and he said that this one was a far cry from being clean and I certainly agree. I wanted to move to a different room but it was my husbands opinion that the other rooms would be no different. As they should all be clean. Our precooking was a king bed but we were put into a queen bed. The receptionist did not notice this evidently on our paperwork and I had to run an errand before I got to the room, so my husband was not willing to let me move us at that time, as he was already for bed. My feelings are that it should have already been done right. All in all we were very disappointed.

Our room was very clean and there were no spider webs or anything of that sort.From what I understand,the Inn is under new management and it was very clean and professional. The hot breakfast was very good.The staff were very pleasant and helpful..the new managers made it a point to meet and greet myself and my fiance.I would/will highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to any of my friends/family that will be visiting the Oskaloosa area.Keep up the good work.

When we first walked into the hotel I almost felt that we were in a shanti. Upon walking through the hallway there were spiders evrywhere. The bedroom was just as bad. I could not imagine having to ever stay in a Hotel room so poorly maintained.

The management was very helpful from exchanging our room to knowing what was going on is Oskaloosa. There was really nothing we didn't like. Very pleasant grounds convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.
