First impression was that the hotel was okay - (ther than the really strong smell of bleach in our room)basically what you would need for a simple overnight stay where you weren't looking for any real extras. We just needed a good night's sleep in preparation for an 8 am softball game. Things were okay until a late check-in (after 2 am) that for some reason (the hotel was virtually empty) was placed directly above us. We heard them walking back and forth for almost an hour! My husband went to complain - no noise for about 15 minutes, and then constant noise for another hour or so! When I complained upon check out I was told that they had no where else to put the late check ins because of many "dirty rooms." I couldn't believe this was an actual excuse! I was also told that they could have given me 15% off (which would no where near be enough to account for the terrible experience) but were unable to do anything since we booked online. They said the most they could do was something for our next stay... like I would actually consider staying with them again! For the price I paid for the room (much more than the hotel room should have been to start with) all I wanted was a good night's sleep. My husband and I had maybe an hour of sleep before a very busy day. Needless to say we will not stay at one of this chain's hotels ever again.

We were extremely disappointed with this Ramada. Terrible smoke smell, even in non-smoking rooms, pull-out couch was broken and unusuable, and general appearance of common areas was poor. Not what you'd expect from Ramada

I truly enjoyed my stay at your facilities. The staff was very friendly and were willing to assist me in finding my way around the area and giving me anything I needed from the front desk. I was always greeted with a warm and friendly smile each time I left and entered the building. The rooms were very cleanly and beautiful. Quite cozy... I especially like the window view and the little nook for reading closest to the window. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be visiting again soon with my family in Ohio and staying at your facilities.. (of course) during the weekend of March 14-16. I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to others.

Location. Rooms are way too small. Overall the hotel was nice. The only complaint we had were the rooms were really small. Would not recommend to a family, but would be a nice place to stay for a couple or single person.

The room seemed clean, and if all you're interested in is a place to sleep, it's Ok. It was very small, the furnishings were worn and out-of-date, and even our non-smoking room smelled a bit like smoke. I expected a lot more for the price.

I was a little nervous because the Hotel was so inexpensive I thought it would be pretty bad, but it was great. The building was new and very well kept. The rooms were small, but for the price they were great. It was really hot there and the air conditioner worked great! My only complaint is the cheap towels and they don't give you many, but I could have asked for more. The staff as very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The front desk personnel were not friendly, the room for breakfast as VERY small given the number of occupants, and the walls in our room were stained with splashed coffee which I CLEANED .... Very poor .....

Convenient location. The windows actually opened. Quiet. Clean. Quiet. Helpful staff. No hastle stay.
