The hotels fetures was listed as expanded continental breakfast. There were two kinds of thawed out pastries and some little muffins. Oh yea some oatmeal. I ahven't seen a breakfast this bad in years. They should pay their guests to eat it. It was listed as having wireless internet. This required a deposit for a box to hook up to their internet. Not conienent nor reliable.. When I needed an iron that required another trip to the forn tdesk more paper work and since they already had a deposit for the internet box I was spared that This was one step above a tent and a cot.

Where do I start - called b/c arriving late, after midnight close to 1am. couple in front of us booked w/ travelocity as well - hotel was missing one of their 2 rooms? - shared travelocity # on printed confirmation, front desk provides key noted room 105 - next to the FD we try the key -doesn't work. we return to the FD the room door opens, apparently guests already sleeping there- so 1am wake up from us. Got keys to 2nd floor room, late none of the doors would work even though key card access only -park in the back and drag bags through the lobby... had two double beds extremely small, party of 4 -one flat pillow each, 2 sets of towels. Comforters had burn holes (room nonsmoking signs), bed maybe 2 feet off the ground, carpet had mold/white spots - kept shoes on or wore socks. Placed do not disturb sign up so we could sleep in some - going to Worlds of Fun which was close next exit down less than 10 minutes, shower had mold on walls and curtain, grossed out. Took down DND sign about 10am when left for park. Returned to old copy of fax stating did not clean our room due to DND sign so wet towels in a pile and unmade beds upon our late return, FD gave us a hard time about getting 4 sets of towels, total laziness on maids part too late to do anything... Go to convenience store/gas station for tummy meds for kids, bar fight outside, just across the street from hotel. LIFE LESSON - never try to save money on hotel, close to $/night should have paid xtra $ more for peace of mind, stayed at better Motel 6's/Econo Lodges, BUYER BEWARE!!
