The room was a good size, clean, neat. The location is convenient for shopping (on the next closest exit). The hotel staff was gracious about us leaving a few minutes late, so I really appreciated that. This is an affordable place to stay and I will likely stay here again.

Stayed twice to give them a second chanch. First stay: was kept up 2 nights by noisy A/C and Frig wouldn't cool. I wasn't put in the room I had reserved. I had them move me to another room on the 3rd night. That room was OK. Second stay :3 stragetic lights not working. Cords cut on two. Fire hazzard. Refrigerator broke while I was out. Food spoiled, water everywhere. Noisy A/C. Very shameful continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable, TV's worked well, and good location. Hotel was pretty quiet. Be aware that all control knobs on the refrigerators have been broken off so guests can't adjust.

The first time we stayed at this hotel was not very pleasant. I guess they were renovating and the fact that I'm allergic to dust had a lot to do with it. But, this time was much better and I don't really have much to complain about. The room was clean, the mattresses were very comfortable and I noticed that we could actually open the window in our room if we wanted to (althought it could use a screen) I was happy about that anyway.

The night clerk was very helpful. The owner was difficult to understand. We arrived late and were met by a young lady who was very helpful in dealing with the Latino construction workers who seemed to be enjoying recreational pharmaceuticals of some sort. The owner (I assume) was gruff and unfriendly upon checkout, while his family attending to the housekeeping duties were much more personable.

We were suprised to find out once we arrived that the rates for our stay was actually 12-15 cheaper per night than I had seen online when looking for a hotel. This was an unplannned trip to TN. and right after Christmas so that was nice. The hotel was clean and the staff (other than the young girl on the morning shift) was very nice. I would definetly stay again, although, if the young girl would happen to be there on my next attempt to stay at this hotel I would probably feel led to find something else just so I wouldnt have to deal with her smug attitude.

It was a little farther than i thought to the places I wanted to see but it was great for location to good food.

Cheap and nice. Breakfast was a bit lacking. This hotel was very nice for the price. I have stayed in similar hotels, but gotten less. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the eastern Chattanooga area!

This hotel was in a good location. It is one exit away from the mall and many resturants. The room was big. It had a refrigerator and microwave. There was also a loveseat in the room. The only con I saw was that the tub could have been cleaner. The staff was very friendly. I left my ring there and it was mailed to my house in days. This was overall a good place for the price.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and staff was friendly. Coffee in the room tasted lousy. Hotel is in a quiet location - but convenient to interstate. We were visiting family in the area, so we didn't need restaurants nearby, but there wasn't much to choose from (Waffle House). Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Sometimes I smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway even though we were supposed to be in a non-smoking area. I never smelled the smoke in the room, though.

Park Inn will be called America's Best Value Inn starting in January 2007, but I'm assured it will be the same hotel. A ** hotel priced like a one star hotel.

The staff was friendly, room clean, and the price was good. It was not a five star hotel. But, I didn't pay for one either. For the price, this hotel was very adequate for my personal needs. The staff was friendly and did a great job cleaning, etc. each day.

This is one of the cleaniest and inexpensive place I'd ever stayed at. The service was fantastic!

Continental breakfast, easy access drive andbeds werecomfy. No elevator. I would not stay there again unless I was just too sleepy to keep driving!

Clerk went out of her way to help us! This hotel is just right for the budget-minded traveler who just needs a room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable (but not luxurious) and the woman at the front desk was just marvelous. There were no problems at all with the room. The continental breakfast was sufficient.
